Countertop and Tiles

Very pleased with the quality of work of the contracted installers for our kitchen remodel. Both Gale (flooring) and Eric (tile) did excellent work, with great attention to detail. The whole project took a bit longer than we expected, however (almost 2.5 months from the date of our original deposit to project completion). The total amount of actual time involved in the project was less than 3 work days-- one day for flooring, 2 half days for tile, and a half day for countertops. Disappointing that better scheduling couldn't have compressed that. But we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the outcome of the project.

I have worked Larisa on a couple of projects now. A home flooring project and we just finished a very large tile project for renovation of 7 bathrooms. She knows her tile. She was communicative. Proposals were sent immediately. Deliveries were efficient. Of course add ons, returns etc.were seamless. I highly recommend Larisa. THANK YOU Larisa and A American Custom Flooring.

Zodiac quartz looks fantastic

I'll give it a 5 since I work here lol me and Nick were having a discussion if you see the Stacy is we think you're the only one that deals with the internet stuff. I gave it a 5 so that's brownie points right

Our builder required us to use Tile Superstore for tile/flooring/countertops/cabinets. We were later told that the owner is a close relative of the builder. One star is for the helpful employees. We've had multiple "fix-it" visits to repair/replace/adjust most of what we purchased from them. Last visit was to repair chips in our kitchen granite countertops and island. Our granite has a busy multicolored pattern, so we had marked each chip (ranging from 1/4" to almost the size of a dime) with small post-it notes. The employee told us (sight unseen) in a phone call that all the chips were "normal." After he arrived, he looked at 3 of the chips and pronounced them "normal," then removed all of the post-it notes marking the remaining chips without even looking at them. The joint where two slabs of the granite countertop meet was very rough, chipped, and unevenly installed at one end. He also pronounced it "normal." Very unhappy customers. Will not shop there again and would NOT recommend.

Awesome people!!

So many choices!!!

I have had excellent experiences with Brekhus Tile and Stone. They helped me with a very individualized project requiring remnant carrera marble pieces to be sized and honed in a very particular way to serve as the tops of matching living room end tables. They did a perfect job and treated my project with the same degree of respect as one of much greater expense and proportion. Nice people to work with

My experience with Nonn's began February 2016 and continued through 2016 with additional projects in our new home. Flooring, Granite and Tile all were purchased at Nonn's. Customer service is top notch. I recently worked with Casey on tile for our kitchen backsplash and she was very patient with all of our wants/needs.

Friendly service and good selection. The prices beat the other tile stores I've been to.

I was surprised when I discovered this shop, having done a lot of tile work in my home nearby. The shop is run by a welcoming and experienced family and I hope more and more people continue to discover this hidden treasure.

BUYER BEWARE - We contracted to replace our kitchen countertops in granite from here. The kitchen island has a large visible crack that has been cheaply repaired with silicone and is easily visible from the time you walk in the room. We have had multiple conversations with this company for a repair or replacement with no result. We have been told they are not willing to do anything about the damaged granite and not to bother them any more about it. This was a $12,000 mistake.

If you want tile that NO ONE else has— this is your spot. The sales staff is brilliant and I’m in LOVE with my new home thanks to Lennart!! Ask him about quartz or his special white marble!!!!

Large selection and concurrent prices. Decent customer service! Highly recommended.

We purchased quartz countertops that exceeded our expectations. Our countertop was installed one week after they measured. Professional staff who are very good at what they do. The price did change some but in most businesses all quotes are subject to change if more material is needed. Highly recommend them

Staff is great and very helpful....

I have dealt with Torino Tile on two different occasions and have been extremely happy with the advice, the products and the service. I would not go anywhere else to look for or buy tile. The owner went out of her way to find difficult tiles for me on both occasions. Thank you.

If you're looking for any level of customer service go somewhere else. Had one question for the person at the desk and was met with the biggest sigh and eye roll. 0 help.
