The lady who works the store front very helpful and does know what she is doing picked out grout for us and it was better then what we would pick. if you are just buying supply's you will not have a problem. They do an awesome job on linoleum floors kid working for them from the south is very professional always called me sir and did quick professional work we had him do our kitchen floor so happy with it we had them also do one of the bathrooms

Just finished tiling my bathroom and I must say that working with Reggie from Ideas tile was a pleasure. He was courteous, honest, friendly and reliable. I am glad that I used him for my project and would highly recommend him for any tile or marble job that you may have.

Couldn't have done any better!! From the initial visit to install, the entire team was fantastic!! They kept me up to speed at every step of the process via email and phone. The office workers, template workers, and installation crew were exceptional!! Very nice and very professional. The office workers were also great. They also worked incredibly fast - template on Monday and installed on Friday!! The supplier (Cosmos In Westborough) was also outstanding and had a MASSIVE selection of granite slabs to choose from (And it was a VERY clean facility). I'll recommend Pacific to everyone!

We were charged for two days of work; yet they only did 6 hours of actually work;arrived at 10, left at 4pm. Oh, only one worker worked six hours the other left at 2pm. Before the job began I mentioned this to Anthony, stating, "this is only a one day job why are we being charged an additonal $800". He insisted that the charges were necessary and would not remove the fees by then the 72 hours to cancle the contract had pass. I forgot to mentioned they installed the system incorrectly, six months later they still haven't fixed it.

Ohio Tile and Marble has a great selection of tile. Weather you are looking for more of a contemporary look or the traditional, their showroom has lots of samples to choose from.

The team at Stone Inc from the time you walk in the showroom right through the installation are terrific. They have some really nice displays in the showroom which make picking something out much easier.

We recently installed a granite countertop in our kitchen. I called and spoke to Richard. He was very friendly and professional. My husband and I went to the shop the same day I called. The slab we wanted was in stock and 4 days later, our kitchen countertop was installed. Richard's team was also very friendly and professional. We are so pleased with our new countertop, our experience with Richard and his team and the beauty of natural stone. We plan on using NE for a couple more projects we're planning in our home.

I have had the privilege to work with Paul and Joe at Imperial Tile of Rhode Island. They have a great selection of marble and granite tiles as well as limestone and travertine. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

Great selection and very helpful staff. Im very indecisive when it comes to home remodeling. Nada, the desiger at Mass Tile walked me through each possible option (thank you Nada!). I ended ip picking the glass 2×6 tiles for klthe kitchen backsplash. Delivered yo my house in 2 days. Great! Definitely recommend to those who need great kitchen design and quality.

I had been looking to redo my floors for a while now and a friend recommended this company saying they did the best work around the area. So I gave them a call and decided to try them out and I am glad that I did. These guys came at the designated window time and finished at the estimated time they told me. While working they even told me that the floors were done improperly before and actually showed me the horrible work from whoever did my floors in the first place. My floors look so nice now!
