Countertop and Tiles

From what I read and see images of, they do good work. However, I have an apartment that I wanted to get granite countertop installed in and after calling and leaving multiple messages with different people, I haven’t gotten a call back. I wanted to go with them based on their reputation, but due to the need to fill a vacancy and waiting on them, I am now stuck with epoxy painting the existing laminate counters as I no longer have time to schedule someone. 2 stars is what I give solely based on their reputation but their customer service and responsiveness gets zero stars from me.

Had a very positive experience. Barbara, help us with tile selection, and associated pieces and parts. Service counter was exceptional, answering numerous questions ( I have been out of the business for quite awhile) explained the new systems available. Good advice and they nailed the estimates on the tile and materials required. Only excess was on floor tile. Returned excess no problem. ( Can't return special order stuff, which I completely understand). Thanks Dave

After visiting and conversing with multiple tile stores we chose Floorology in Rothschild without hesitation. Right from the start, the employees were helpful and demonstrated exceptional product and "how to" knowledge, and their suggestions were shared even though prior to discovering Floorology, one of our tile purchases was from a private home owner with left-over tile. (We purchased wall tile and cut rock tile from Floorology.) As first-time tilers, the suggestions, product knowledge, and installation knowledge the Floorology owners shared with us prevented us from making errors that would have been problematic down the line. Due to the exceptional service we received, we highly recommend Floorology!

We recently renovated our kitchen and we could not be more happy with our instyle brand quartz countertop. I had stopped at the Mooresville location just to get prices and was sold the second I spoke to Sean on the phone. He responded quickly with a quote and gave some good honest advice regarding the type of quartz I wanted. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was a fantastic process and I have no complaints about any of it. I highly recommend their store.

We purchased quartz countertops that exceeded our expectations. Our countertop was installed one week after they measured. Professional staff who are very good at what they do. The price did change some but in most businesses all quotes are subject to change if more material is needed. Highly recommend them
