Very good warehorse

Had North American tile remodel my entire kitchen. They provided excellent service and product. We had them do our cabinets, countertops and flooring. Everything looks AMAZING. Our sales lady NADINE was spent on!

Excellent company to work with. So personable... like a small family business. Easy to get in touch with, answered all our questions with confidence. They even gave us a tour of the shop which was so cool! We had a completely different experience with another company prior and these guys came in, took over and completed the job almost effortlessly. I highly recommend them, and also recommend to do your research before hiring any... but these guys are great.

Very good place and very good tile

Finally on my way to pick up our counters. They were supposed to be in February 2nd. I call 3 days before to make sure everything was on track(we couldn't afford any delays and then was the time to figure out a new plan if there was a problem). I then called 2 days before I was to pick up and was told they were back ordered. I had to fight to get it resolved quicker but still will have lost presious time and money. 5 request to speak with a manager were refused. They were great for the sale but that's about it. My only compensation is that they are wrapping my counters that I was told would happen anyways during the sale period for free. And once we got them home we discovered the island was made wrong.

My client just found the most perfect slabs here, and the visit was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this warehouse for design inspiration, and if you are looking for knowledgeable advice on the material you are selecting. Plus Susan at the front desk is always such a pleasure!

Went here on the advice of a friend and couldn't be happier with the results. The person helping us was knowledge on all the products we asked about and was very helpful with installation instructions and offered his assistance if we had further questions. Had a wonderful experience!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. Do not recommend. The company completely ghosted me and does not honor their warranty. I have a damaged quartz countertop that they installed with the new house I bought. They said they could fix it under the one year warranty. They made an appointment with me and didn't show up nor did they communicate with us that they could not make the appointment. I had to make special arrangements to have the day off for these guys. They also ignored all my inquiries regarding the repair process...very unprofessional and shady.

Great selection and good people

This particular Rona is exceptional not because it's a massive aircraft-hangar-sized behemoth ... It's because it's smaller than the normal store. The inventory is still excellent (especially seasonal) and the prices are fair, especially when Rona offers 15% off on everything as they did this weekend. No queue at the tills is the frosting on the cake!

Very knowledgeable people. Did not put any of their tile in my home in the end, but learned lots and have recommended friends to visit dal aswell.
