Countertop and Tiles

We are very pleased with our remodel and the help Mike at McKenna's gave us. He helped up pick out the right moldings and countertop to make our kitchen look perfect. Solid Surface put in beautiful quartz counter top and we could not be more pleased. We would highly recommend using this company.

It was my first time at tilemaster, I was purchasing tiles for my kitchen. The staff was very friendly and they had a large selection. I appropriate Tims excellent knowledge he was very helpfilul and helped make my decision easier. Thank you for the great service! I will return and recommend.

Great customer service! Pete really took the time to make sure we found all of the perfect flooring selections for our new house! Highly recommended!

We're very happy with this company. They were on time with their appointments and their price was great.

We had a great experience with Classic Granite and Marble! Our shower walls were done in Max Fine Onice Oro and they are stunning. In the showroom, I couldn't find the exact colour of travertine that I wanted for countertops to complement the shower walss, and Gina went an found it for us in Toronto. It is perfect! Amazing staff of very kind and dedicated people. 100% we'll use them again.

This is mostly a response to Paige's review, which I am very puzzled by. This place is a showroom. Usually you go to some other retail tile shop who then directs you here to go look at some more samples. Olympia doesn't deal directly with the public. At least this is the way it worked for us. At any rate, they are not really responsible for customer service, that's the responsibility of the retail store that directed you here. Regarding the staff at the showroom, in our dealings with them, they were courteous and friendly.

Guhde Flooring installed carpet in the Kirtland Public Library. They did a phenomenal job! Mike and Jaca did a great job with the design and Jay was terrific with installation. We had a volunteers moving books and shelves and the Guhde folks were very accommodating -- they worked with us as far as scheduling the installation. It was an excellent experience!

Had a measure done through Home Depot and was told one thing from the Top Shop installer and another from sales. Just poor communication. Too much headache and confusion so I got my install measurement refunded and will try elsewhere. Home Depot was good about it.

I would highly recommend Rycor Countertops. I would describe Justin and his crew as consummate professionals, perfectionists and people of their word. When they give you a time frame and deadline, they stick to it. A kitchen renovation could potentially be a very stressful project, with Justin and crew, it was actually very pleasant.

Great place to shop for fixing up your home. Staff is very friendly and know their products.

They promised a delivery date, missed it by a full week and never even called to explain it was not coming that day. I double tripled checked said date, put entire project behind and their "Make-good" was a $350 off a $1900+ order. Bait and switch, not proactive didnt make it right, blamed other suppliers. NEVER AGAIN

This place is utterly ridiculous and customer service ,sales person, management and the owner definitely dropped the ball on this one and there acknowledgement of this situation is way past poor.I spent $4000.00 on some nice looking Granite countertops and $2000.00 on some nice marble window seals n within months the Granite countertops begun to fade very bad and the Marble window seals arrived to my home scratched n bruised and was still installed without my knowing so I called the EXOTIC MARBLE GLENVIEW STORE several times to finally reach someone with the promise of someone was gonna come out n look@the fading but to no avail no one came out then finally spoke with the owner n another promise was giving for someone to come out but not excuted then they all around stop answering or returning my calls I'm very dissapointed with this companys SALES REP, MANAGEMENT and the OWNER! #suchtotalripoff

When I purchased my wood flooring they specifically told me to order extra material to make sure I had all I needed from the same batch of wood, and told me to simply return the rest. When I went to return the unopened boxes, I was told that since it was a special order it could not be returned. I understand why that policy would be in place, however having specifically been told that I could return this material I was not impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, just not too honest apparently.

Great service we got here especially from Anna. She's looked out for us as her clients and was very helpful with picking out tiles. She definitely knows her stuff and knows what she's doing. She has an amazing taste. My mom and I got great input from her and awesome deals (she was very reasonable) for good quality tiles. Would recommend her to anyone! Love her!

We used this company to change our countertop. We used granite and it's very beautiful. Process from selecting stone to installation was on time and without any problem. Template done by Dany was perfect and didnt need any cutting in my house. Crew even clean the mess once they were done. Am very happy with this company.

Fantastic job re-tiling my shower stall. Staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this place

Bought tiles for shower walls from Home Depot but could not get any useful information on what type of mortar, grout, trowel to use so went to Euro tile where I got expert info and quality products. Ended up buying the shower floor tiles at Euro and was shocked to find for nicer tiles than any I had seen at Home Depot I paid 1/2 the price! Also, I had just recently installed laminate flooring purchased at Loews. I was disappointed to see Euro tile had way way nicer laminate than the best I could find at Home Depot or Loew's at just slightly higher price. Dang it!

Prices were a little too high. They are using "Muskoka Pricing"!
