Great place, I’m here all the time do to the convienient location / hours. I made it there 7mins before close tonight and felt like I really put Christopher out of his way. Terrible customer service, banging the cart around and cursing like i’m a huge inconvenience.. sorry guys, I’ll try not spend money here anymore when I don’t have to.

Great staff, very friendly and usually there before I am ready to ask my question. Have bought 4 new appliances and a new fence (gorgeous vinyl thing, if you have a beat up old chain link fence, you gotta check these out). Kitchen is up next. We have been very satisfied with all work and purchases thus far and downright giddy about the fence. They lose a point for the higher price points but you get what you pay for (that negative point should be applied to head office, not the local folks fault)..

What an amazing experience! This is the second job I've had Cranbrook Flooring do for my vacation rental business and again, the boys at Cranborok Flooring did a fantastic job. 6 bathrooms, 42 stairs and 1200 sqft of main floor in vinyl plank. I'd highly recommend this outfit, top shelf service and products.

Everyone in the shop made the decision making painless, working within our budget and getting everything lined out so we felt comfortable moving forward. Friendly enough. Had my floor installed Dec 13th 2017, it’s now April 19th 2018 and I’m still waiting for my reducers and T’s to complete the job. It may or may not be their fault but it’s unacceptable. They decide who they want to business with.
