Countertop and Tiles

Great place to shop , great and helpful staff.

Nice people to do business with. George is very helpful.

We partnered with Custom Floors for a Commcerial project in Castleon, IN and we could not be happier! They were very professional and worked with us on last minute changes. We will definitely partner with them when we have projects in the area. -Rachael Gebhart

Awesome, professional, helpful service from beginning (Sarnia store) to (Chatham viewing) to templating to installation. We are very pleased with our kitchen countertops . We would definitely recommend S.W.G.G.

These guys do great work, we had our kitchen and both of our bathroom counter tops replaced with granite. Also had all sinks replaced as well. I did all my own plumbing and and removed my old counter tops myself (this saved us allot of money). So glad I didn't go with Quartz. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. All staff from ordering to install were very professional. Very happy customer. Paul From Port Huron Twp.

Wonderful resource for anyone who is renovating their home.

We bought our bathroom tile here. They had a better tile at a better price than the larger tile stores in the area.

I couldn't be happier with the service and the beautiful granite table tops and kitchen countertops purchased from LaPietra. They called when they said they would, measured right away and on schedule and installed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Fabio, Marcello and Mario. I plan to replace some bath countertops soon. Going straight to LaPietra again.

Great customer service.

Had help from Antonio. He was very patient with my mother who had a vague idea and he gave us excellent suggestions, advice and samples to take home to check under our lighting.

I have never felt so rushed in my life. Ordered Tile from Julie for one bath, and took home samples for master bath. Came back hoping to speak with Julie again, she was helping another customer. Got another women don't know her name, because she never introduced herself. She rushed me, acted like I was taking to long to make a decision on grout and told me that the grout color really didn't matter. ??? really??? I told her I disagreed. I was planning on trying to pick out tiles for our master bath, but this women didn't want to give me the time of day. Decided to try the place in Henrietta....Wow.....incredible experience....dropped 4000.00 (with an unexpected 20%) You lose best tile.....I will never be back. Got an unexpected call from the manager. it was so refreshing that he took the time to call me, genuinely concerned about my experience. thank you Ralph for reaching out to me. Next time I'll come right to you!!

What a great “go to” destination for all things decorative, remodelling, advice and general help! We got our new Cambria quartz through GDC, two sets of small stairs recarpeted through GDC, and no doubt future projects! I highly recommend GDC to anyone who has any sort of home Reno or project, they are pros-helpful, friendly and hands on! Love them 💕😍😊

Nova Stone in north bay is the place to go if you want quality countertops. Nova stone has recently installed a granite countertop in our kitchen ( upgraded from laminate ). I have to say, we couldn’t be more pleased with it. With their huge selection and displays of stone, friendly and knowledgeable service, I would recommend anyone to go see nova stone. With Nova Stone’s on site cutting and fabrication, my countertops were installed with very little wait times. Not wanting to replace our current top-mounted sink, they were able to under mount it without any question. I highly recommend going to see Nova Stone for any countertop needs.

I requested that Mr. Luca provide and independent opinion on the cause of some cracked tile in our foyer. He was gracious and came out the same day as called, and gave a thorough and unbiased opinion. I would give him the highest recommendation.

Everyone at Granite House was very professional and helpful in selecting our granite for our kitchen. From the time my husband and I went in to the final measurements. We had two installers they were professional and explained everything they were doing. My kitchen looks great. Would highly recommend and their prices were great compared to other granite suppliers.

Thanks Hard Rock for the great service the countertop looks bad ass ! Wish I could post pics on here to show it off ! Lol

Great store with an excellent selection of materials. My sales person Nancy was awesome!

a minute ago-Edit I have used Great Floors in Strathroy and London. Both times a disaster. With STRATHROY store I had to have my shower floor tile installed THREE times to get it to drain properly (only took 6 months), and now, shower tile for another reno ordered from LONDON store, and they sent me boxes of taped up returned product from another job with multiple tile colours. When they claimed they would fix the problem and send the right product 5 days later, I received one box. $400,000 dollars in renovations and the ONLY failure/problems have been with this company BOTH times. And when I wrote a review on their FB page...they deleted the option to write reviews.
