Countertop and Tiles

My beautiful quartz countertops or just completed in my kitchen with a large island, and two bathrooms and the laundry room, and I couldn't be more happy. The company was very professional, extremely courteous and clean in my home. I would highly recommend this company to use again

The team at Cutting Edge Kitchen and Bath were a terrific team to work with throughout the entire remodel. The design changed significantly from the original design and the team didn't hesitate to take on the new challenges. They kept me informed as timelines changed (a damaged cabinet set us back a couple of weeks). There were also things that I was responsible for and I was kept in the loop as to when those items needed to be on site or completed (specialty sink, wallpaper, faucets, light fixtures and barn door and track). The team was also great with recommendations (Cambria windowsills when I commented that it was time to sand and revarnish - a job I never have to do again! The outlet on the island with plug in and double USB.). They also researched when I asked if Schrock cabinets had a rolling cabinet and if I could get one with Cambria top. The showroom is great with a large line of cabinetry, hardware, specialty sinks and most importantly for me were the full size countertop slabs. I could prop my cabinet door selection, flooring sample, and glass sink selections up against the slab then stand back and get a very good idea of whether the combination would work or not. The end result of this remodel was even more impressive than I ever imagined!

If I could I would give them 0 stars as that was the level of service was that provided by this "business" I use this term loosely as business is a customer orientated entitie. Absolutely disgusted by how my older grandmother was treated by these people. They took her deposit via a credit card and then proceeded twice to not be able to find her account and rudely call and implied that it was some how our fault after we had been in to the store twice. Poor customer service...while we were standing and waiting for they're poor service we over heard another account while was in similar disarray, payment was lost and the gentlemen were waiting for a long period of time to even be able to take the product for installation.

Ordered our countertop and it came out beautiful. Got more value with them finishing one end in the same price where a competitor wanted to charge extra. Definitely the go-to counter shop.

Installed 80sq' of silestone in our kitchen. There system of laser measure - cnc - install produced an exceptional final product. The guy who measured was very good and took his time to make sure it was right. The installers were quick because everything fit perfect. I would not hesitate to have Valley do work for me or my business in the future.

Outstanding experience with staff, amazing selection of top-quality materials and responsive to questions and adjustments.

If I could do more than 5 stars I would. I had been a lot of stone places in Redmond to finish my project and I can absolutely say NW Granite was the best. Sergiu warmly welcomed us to the store, offered us design feedback and truly helped us on our search. I would highly recommend him and this company! It’s very easy to deal with these guys.

Just for the record my name is not Richard Richardson, it's Evan .Isaiah at the Burlington store was extremely helpful when I called for pricing information and carpet options. He answered every question I asked. He deserves a huge raise. Ill recommend this store to anyone who needs help picking carpet.

Very friendly, if they don't have what you're looking for they can usually order it

Our granite countertops turned out better than imagined! Paul and his crew have great attention to detail. We opted for a waterfall style where the granite flows down the sides of our island to the floor. I have seen this done several ways but the only way that appeals to me is the 45 degree miter joint. Pacific Granite cut this in their shop and adjusted the fit on site. The installation is flawless with a seamless look. The crew is very professional and tidy, working meticulously to assure a perfect fit. I am so impressed and would highly recommend Pacific Granite. The price was reasonable considering the quality of stone and amount of labor that went into it. These guys take great pride in their work and the end result speaks for itself.

Crocodile Rocks was an absolute pleasure to deal with while doing research for a recent kitchen remodel. Cheris was extremely helpful and accommodating helping with everything from product knowledge to providing samples to test. She even went out of her way to set up an appointment for me with a previous customer to see the product installed in a kitchen. Couldn't ask for more from a slab supplier - will definitely go back to see Cheris for our next project!

With the utmost quality installation and care I always choose Labrador!
