Countertop and Tiles

They aren't terrible to deal with until you have a problem. One must have the patience of a saint, to get your floor fixed. It is infrequent to deal with such incompetence. The people in the store pass it off to the installer who doesn't give a rat's ass. If you stay on them day in and day out you should see some satisfaction in ten to 14 days. It is mind numbing dealing with them. They are all to gracious to take your money....but when there is a problem....good luck. Like every other company out there.

Browse at your leisure, fantastic selection of tile!

Awful customer service. Got ignored and skipped. Rude on the phone. Noone knows anything about shipment. Bad all around.

Terrible service, rude employees and rushed installation. We'd been scheduled 3 weeks for installation between 2-6pm - the installer called us at 11 and said he's on his way, my wife told him we were both at work but we'd be home within the original scheduled timeframe - he replied ok it'll have to be after 3 then. We took time off work and waited all day just to receive a call around 5:20 that he wasn't coming due to personal obligations and that he'd like to reschedule. After explaining the situation he unhappily agreed to come that night and showed up around 5:55 (Which is still within our original scheduled timeframe). The guy comes in the house with a terrible attitude and quickly slaps down our island countertop - no measuring, no leveling, no double checking - he didn't even bring up the payment balance or paperwork for me to sign off on! I requested that he measure the overhang as it clearly wasn't even on all sides - he quickly ball-parked a measurement and said "You're good" as he was walking out the door leaving the moveable island directly in front of our refrigerator (You're not supposed to touch the countertop until it sets so you'd think he'd put it back in place). My wife came downstairs took 1 look at the countertop and said what the heck? I called him on his cell and requested he come back and fix the sloppy rushed job or I'd be calling his boss in the morning - he got mad swore at me and replied "Go ahead call my f'n boss - that's how you do it!". We called a family friend out that night to fix the issue before the countertop set crooked and uneven. I called the next morning to speak to the owner - I was told he wasn't available so I explained the situation to a manager there who said she'd pass it along to the owner. It's been almost a week now, we still haven't heard from the owner after calling twice and just received a bill in the mail for the remaining balance with a note threatening to remove the countertop if the balance wasn't paid in full as per the owner. It seems this sort of terrible service and behavior trickles down from the top at CFM stone - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Once again great store great staff, really miss this story. My family and I would shop here all the time due to the low prices and staff. Can not say enough good things about International Falls Menards

Great service 👍👍👍

The people at Graniteworx were extremely helpful in getting our damaged counter replaced in a timely and efficient manner. Good service by Lindy

Pretty Materials and people are friendly

Working with Michael is a real pleasure, very professional, knowledgeable and so creative!!! Thank you Michael!

Great selection and price. No pressure staff too. We've purchased tile for two separate projects in the home, and are repeat buyers. Very happy with what we went with. Would highly recommend checking them out.

The staff was very helpful and a accommodating. After searching for backsplash at countless stores the staff at Factory Tile Depot helped me pick the perfect tile for my new kitchen. I loved that you can take samples home and see them in your own space. The order came in super quick also. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and check out their huge selection. Very reasonable prices too.

I've ordered some carpet for my basement. Great service and treated my right!

I purchased a new shower head and a kitchen faucet at Canaroma - although my purchase was relatively small, Simonetta Gazzea spent time in the showroom helping me make the right choices, following up by email and providing exceptional service. I will definitely return when I undertake a more extensive renovation. Additionally, the showroom is beautiful and all the staff are friendly when you are visiting. I would highly recommend.

We were so pleased with Granite Home Design team's work at our house. The granite countertop is exactly what we were hoping for and the job looks incredibly clean and precise. We also really appreciate their work to accommodate our imperfect plumbing and still have the faucet working at the end of the day. Many, many thanks for the excellent work and the easy communication.
