Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new Bamboo flooring and Mike was great to deal with on the sales end. The job was done in a timely manner and with complete professionalism and integrity. Would highly recommend them and use them again if needed. They completed the job on time and cleaned the entire area before leaving. Thanks again for a job well done!!

My floor is beautiful! Pauline and Carol helped to pick out the right product for my house. Eric installed the floor with the hands of a master craftsman and artist. And the price came in under budget. I recommend The Color Pot!

Horrible customer service! I am a Chinese American living in the U.S. for my entire life, also currently serving the U.S. Military, one of their sells person made a very bad racist joke right in front of my face and the next day when I mentioned over the phone and the guy hung up on me and never answered. Don't go!

I’ve bought flooring for three houses over the past twenty years, ranging from carpet to engineered hardwoods and vinyl. After the first carpet arrived damaged, they immediately replaced it without charge. Another product was faulty and they again replaced it with no cost to me. The prices are fair, they take responsibility for the products they sell and the service and installations are friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this company. I am not being paid for this endorsement.

We saw a Tile Lines booth at a home show and was really impressed with the unique tiles they had. Picked up their card so we could use them when we built our house. Although we looked at places closer to home, we always came back to Tile Lines. I was very nervous about picking out tiles myself, but I had no reason to worry. The staff spent a lot of time with me coming up with the perfect combinations. Great place!

I contacted Victoria Tile & Granite to do the tile in my kitchen. I had a 3 bids and he came in a little lower and seemed decent. Everything was going good at the start other than small things like them parking on my grass (I was seeding it so all the grass was not rooted well), using my garden hose and leaving the water on causing puddles and spilling white powder stuff all over my driveway but the guys were nice and were doing a good job. He asked for more money three times at the end of the job! 1. He wanted to use a cheaper grout. The kind I wanted was harder to put in so he wanted another $300.00. ok not a big deal only $300 2. He decided he wanted another $150 for putting the grout in. (The job is completed never mentioned more money possibilities while working) 3. I told him I would provide the tile from the beginning. He knew what kind and even saw what I had during the estimate. Again after being done he wanted another $400.00 because I didn't provide the hardi backer? That was never agreed upon??? Why would I get the hardi backer? At the end of the job he was asking for another $950!making him go from average price to the most expensive. I tried to explain that we never agreed to these prices and all these combined made him more expensive than any of the other estimates. If I knew this from the beginning I would not of used him. He would not agree to not charge for the unagreed upon amount. Luckily I am familiar with Washington state laws and know that he can't charge me more than $100 or 10% of the written or verbal agreement unless if it is agreed upon by customer and contractor. So I did the extra 10% and am letting all the review sites know my experience.

I have bought blinds I was not only happy with the product but the customer service was sensational! I would highly recommend this company.

They are very knowledgeable about their product and tile setting. Provided me with useful interior design ideas for my bathroom. Did not push me to buy. I showed them picture from Pinterest and they found and brought same tile for me for a good price.

Really tough to make an order. We have put our order in multiple times and they keep saying they don't have it. They also won't talk to you unless you're a contractor... so we can't help our contractor out by tracking down the order since they won't even deal with us. We've had to pay our contractor several extra hours of work just to track down orders. It's been such a huge headache. I'd absolutely avoid these guys if at all possible. We regret ordering through them and will not be ordering again once we finish this project.

I have been purchasing carpet and tiles from this store for several years and have always received nothing but professional service each and every time without exception. On one occasion there was a product and installation concern and it was corrected without delay at no extra cost. In general, treat people with respect and you will likely receive the same in return - or at least more often. I for one am grateful to Great Floors for the manufacturers they represent and the products they sale and install. Above all, I'm grateful for their commitment to their customers and to overall quality at every level.

We love this showroom and have sent many clients in to choose slabs and tile for their remodel projects. We recently ordered counter tops for our own home and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone on the sales staff is courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We had an excellent experience working with Granite and Marble Specialities to replace our kitchen countertop with granite. We worked with Kurt on this project and he was very prompt in getting things scheduled. They had quick turnaround time and were able to switch our kitchen countertops in just a day. Our entire kitchen was down for just 1.5 days!!! The quality of the work was also excellent and overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Top notch customer service. I appreciated that both reps were equally informative and helpful on our visit. They take time to answer questions, give suggestions and generally felt very knowledgeable to me.

She asked me to share the following: We went to several local carpet stores for estimates and ultimately chose Seattle Style Flooring because we thought they had the most experienced installers who could work with period detail in our 1921 craftsman home. We were not disappointed. Scott and the installation crew were extremely knowledgeable about how to replace the period trim and how to carpet the "bullnose" staircase. I would also add that they were easy to communicate with over phone and email, returned calls promptly and arrived at all appointments on time.
