Countertop and Tiles

Design meets innovation

Really ignorant staff and very over priced. We found slate of equal quality for 1/6 of the price at a different retailer near by.

Tiles - top quality ( view of myself and our tiler) Service - top quality throughout Staff - Adem, again top quality. Knowledgeable helpful and extremely pleasant. Would recommend to anyone 👍👍👍

Excellent product, price and service! I would definitely purchase again from this company!

They did very good job and re-applied caulking around my tub after the job was done. Thanks Bath Pal.

lots of stuff, so you will need to know where to look for items that you are looking for. price is OK too, generally comparable or better price than the mainstream reno stores. Not sure their return policy (if any) though.

I've come to Classic Ceramic Tile multiple times for flooring in my kitchen, basement and washrooms. Nick & Tony are true professionals. They helped me pick out the perfect tile each time while also meeting my price range. Excellent quality, excellent customer service and excellent espressos!

Friendly people

Nice selection, professional and fast service, great installation team. Very friendly secretary! Would buy from again, highly recommend!

These people know their stuff! What a great looking granite top! The installers were just here first thing this morning...and, after they lugged those huge slabs of granite up two flights to my townhouse condo, they paid alot of attention to accuracy and cleanliness during the install. I can't find a single flaw with my new countertop, or the service. It looks super! Richard. Welp...a couple years have passed and my granite top still looks amazing!! No regrets at all! And here's an unusual tip...I find a coat of car wax and a good buffing with a soft cloth once every few months brings out a super shine and puts a protective shell on it. Give the countertop a good washing and get it dry and spotless first, then apply the wax. I never ever wax the car but I really enjoy waxing my countertop lol

We had a terrible time trying to figure out how to get a quote! We had to go ourselves to multiple (separate) warehouses to find the marble slab, then send our choices to get a quote. While E-mailing our slab selections we asked the simple question of how long it would take to get a quote back. Three days later we still haven't heard anything! Such a waste of time! If you enjoy a lack of communication, this is the place for you. For everyone else, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I started bathroom reno and my idea of whole bathroom rehab was make it look fancy. First, I needed affordable yet original flooring and wall tiles. Searching over internet was leading me nowhere, most stores does not have prices online or not answering for my requests. I visited couple of stores, including HD, Lowes, but nothing was stand out. My friend pointed me to Orro and my visit to their showroom was awarded by picking with very beautiful marble tiles on discounted price. There were so many options available to us. We have recommended Orro Artistic Tiles to other friends who are in the process of renovating their home as well. They are equally as pleased as we are.

I was so pleased to visit the workshop in Carleton Place and see what was available in stock! I was given a 2 - 3 month due date by the big box stores in Ottawa - I received the product in a week! They installed it and were super friendly through the entire process. I highly recommend.

Rona installed windows in our home. The contractors were rude & said they couldn't work for disabled people in wheelchairs. ??? When we complained, Rona sent out a different contractor who installed the front windows wrong so they wouldn't open by the crank and even worse, they damaged the drywall around our window and we had to spend $3500.00 to repair it. Rona never repaid us a penny. Thieves and don't respect our simple human rights. Do Not Hire Them. Stay far away.

I've been in business with this company for many years and I choose to work with Blackstone as one of my main suppliers because of their reliability and the service they provide to my clients. Their professional and courteous approach and treatment is always above and beyond exceptional! I have and will continue to recommend Blackstone to everyone looking for excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

My sales associate Nadia was fantastic! Workmanship not so much, instalation went okay although my undermount sink fell out of place months later, guess I should of read their adhessive warranty. A DIY person out of a Home Depot seminar could have glued my sink on better. To the Owner of Uniform - please spend the extra few more dollars on the appropriate addesive and take pride in your business. To any furter Clients - Make sure to decline the "free sink instalation" it will end up costing you down the road anyways, Don't get fooled by the fancy measuring equipment seems to be just a gimic to conceal the inexperiece..... Yours truly Richard
