Countertop and Tiles

I relish in the fact that this supplier more than any other in the Toronto area has the selection and service that I require for my clients. It is a pleasure to visit the showroom with clients in hand and know that the latest stone, porcelain, marble, granite etc will be available. Their staff has the knowledge and expertise to discuss design issues. I would say that over the 10 years I have known them, I can count on their service as suppliers and work with my fabricator to assist me in creating unique designs and satisfy my clients with the completion of their projects. I consider them an intregal part of my team. Carole Paterson C P Design Inc

Great experience with this company. My mom was updating her home before selling and the realtor recommended Granite Outlet. Prices were by far the lowest anywhere. Counter shape was complicated so they sent a guy to laser measure. I went to the show room to pick out pieces. They were happy to move slabs around until I picked the ones I wanted. On installation day a coupe of guys came and installed in no time. Very satisfied customer and if I need granite I will come back for sure!

Great hardware store with fantastic odds and ends.

The service was excellent! We are very impressed with KW Countertop and highly recommend them. The installers Esteban and Garfield were very professional. They did a fantastic job installing the countertop and left the area clean.

We had excellent service from Mike. From day 1 he lead us in the right direction in choosing a carpet for upstairs in our new house. In terms of price we had shopped around but what sold us on them was the service and honesty we received from Mike. Carpet installers were on time, efficient and even came back quickly when we asked for a few imperfections to be fixed. Will certainly use The Carpet Store in future!

Prices seem decent, but since they are almost the only game in town, hard to say. Customer service was almost uniferomly unimpressive. Every time I came in- and this was a good size job- very big bath, marble floors and full custom marble shower- they seemed like I was inconveniencing them. One of the pallets for our order had dozens of chipped or broken pieces. I had to argue every piece with them. No one seemed to have any design ideas. Overall, I made a dozen trips there, (and I am not that picky), many of which I shouldn't have had to make to replace the ones that were chipped or broken. Wish I could say it was a great experience.

The best place to go to get your countertop cut!

Terrible Install, A picture is worth a thousand words The picture shows how CanadianSoapStone.com installed our kitchen counter. 1/4 inch lip hanging below the rest of the counter so we could not install our undermount sink. Would you want this in your kitchen? Refused to return and repair it/remove it or pay for us to have someone else remove it. They discounted our project by 50% to compensate for their errors. Huge buyer beware, go elsewhere is you want a professional installation.

Great selection of tiles and great help in selecting the right tile.

I can’t say enough about the amazing end to end service for our Kitchen. Everyone was outstanding! Always helpful, respectful, and friendly. Came in on time and on budget too! The soapstone counters are a showstopper and the tiling is perfect. Add in Dragana’s help with design for the sink and faucet and my dream kitchen is a reality.

We chose Stone Design Concepts because their showroom staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Karina, showroom manager, gave us sincere advice and suggestions. However, due to a small communication issue, the sink hole size was not what we expected. The company promptly responded to our complain and fixed the issue within two weeks. Ed from the production team took care of our complain. He did not choose a short cut to fix the issues, instead, he suggested the right way which required a lot more efforts from the production team. Our countertop and island top look amazing now! One suggestion: Make sure you specify your expectation for the sink hole size. Their current standard is to leave 3/8" overhang above the sink. If you want to have a flush cut, you will have to clearly communicate it.

Great experience with north tech highly recomend these guys.

What an awesome place. Also the staff all were polite and patient. They answered all out questions.

Great experience at Rahm Granites.Wonderful service and large selection! Ibrahim did everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase and pleased with the install. Would definitely use this service again!

Very disappointing service right from the start. Installed a countertop and the measurements are off. My stove is wedged in so tight and and is a few inches out from the wall. They proceeded to claim that there was no error on their part that the stove was already wedged in. The cabinets and stove were already in place and not new so that excuse was ridiculous. Took forever to try to get them to come out to repair the problem. At this point thry are now already 30 minutes late. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely NOT. Some of the worst service I have ever seen.
