Countertop and Tiles

Abe was so incredibly helpful. He is very personable and customer service focused. He went above and beyond to help us view and select our granite. Thank you so much Abe!

This address is just a distribution center and not a showroom. Wish it was listed as such before I left work early and drove all the way there.

Salesperson Devon gave us excellent service.

Disappointed. Selection was great, but walked around for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my browsing. The store was completely empty, and there was about 6 associates standing at the main desk when i entered. Made eye contact, but no greeting. They all sat and chit chatted. I walked past others while they were arranging stock or paperwork, still no greeting. I thought it was crazy such a big store had no cars in the parking lot...now i know why. Hopefully theres a better experience at another tile shop, i wont come back here.

I knew I would have Royal Granite complete the stone work in my home within 5 mins after arriving to the facility. Staff addressed all my questions and needs right away. They made great suggestions and gave me instructions for sealing the granite. Installation was FAST. Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. I love how it is family owned. They did a great job. Our install was July 2017 and everything looks great. I’m so glad I went into this place on a whim. They blew the big box companies out of the water. They literally have the exact same stone for much more reasonable prices. And customer service and efficiency just blows those other companies out of the water in my opinion.

We just had our new countertop installed. We were thrilled with the product and the installers did a wonderful job with extreme efficiency. We would highly recommend them.

Have bought tile and stone from Tile Shop for three projects to date, and have been very happy with the help we receive. John Hoffmeyer at both in Farmington, and now Ann Arbor has been especially helpful. Would suggest either store. Great help from others as well as John.

This place is amazing and they have a great selection!! I worked with Kristen Fantin and she was extremely patient, easy to work with, and has a wonderful eye for design. She helped us pick out tile for our 2 bathrooms and two granite slabs for sinks. Everything looks amazing and was reasonably priced. We had been to other tile shops, but this one was by far the best! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will be back for our granite countertops and backsplash in our kitchen.

I would like to thank the tile shop for my beautiful kitchen back splash. But I’d like to give a bigger thank you to Melissa for being so patient with me and helping me pick the perfect tile for my kitchen and understanding my style. I’d have to say she went above and beyond finding me the perfect tile emblem for above my stove. She also helped me find someone to install our tile THE NEXT DAY. He finished the job in one day and did a BEAUTIFUL job! Thank you thank you so much Melissa at the 23 mile road Tile shop.

beautiful kitchen and bath remodels along with there excellent selection for all your flooring needs, i had them install hard wood and carpet oh and they even told me about a new flooring available for your garage, they also include installers for all your home improvement projects, I absolutely love this place and plane to have more work done soon on another property

We just got out granite countertops this week and they are beautiful! We really took the time to check out different granite companies, read reviews, went to places in person and had quotes done. We took an hour drive to Countertops Direct after my husband had visited the store and talked with Kelly. Kelly was very helpful and friendly while we looked around, picked out colors and sinks and edges. We felt totally comfortable and not rushed when we were there. The next week someone from there came out to measure and 5 days later we had our countertops! The installers were friendly, fast, very courteous and very tidy and made sure they cleaned up before they left and didn't leave a mess. The countertops are exactly what we wanted, thank you Countertops Direct for awesome service!

Extremely friendly and flexible. Kitchen turned out perfectly.

Great customer service!!

Had a small 8x10 bedroom carpeted several weeks ago. Had precise measurements, but they insisted they had to measure to be sure. After they were done, we had over FOUR yards left over! Salesman said sorry nothing they could do, minimum width of roll or something like that, blah blah blah, but hey we can have someone tape the remnants together, and maybe you can use them? Also banged up our baseboards during the install but that seems to be typical workmanship these days. Shop around and make sure they cover who pays for remnants.

Good deals on carpet and flooring

They do a great job. Very professional!

Super nice and helpful staff. Willing to listen and answer questions.
