I'd rate a zero if it was possible! The fine folks in the flooring department sold a customer of mine - 2 different dye lots of subway tile - when she ordered the entire lot all at once. They admitted to the tile being different colours but made no effort to correct the situation or at the very least - reimburse them. What a joke! Don't trust that the employees are hired professionals - an absolute travesty!

Just completed an entire house re-flooring, I'm not much on interior design but Kim came to my home with a wide selection of samples and suggested the colours and choices of linoleum, carpet and hardwood to be installed. She was a delight to deal with from start to finish. As stated, I may not know much of design but I do recognize quality work and what I received was the best. All the installers I met were courteous and extremely careful when moving my possessions, they're installment and attention to detail was exceptional. Both Carl & Kim visited to check on progress and ensure the work, I was kept fully informed throughout the process. I could not be happier with the results. Thank you to all the staff. My only regret....I didn't think of taking a series of "before and after" photo's. Would, and will, recommend Prestige Flooring & Hardwood in a heartbeat.

I called them to list my house, but, instead of a person, was only greeted with a machine. Sorry, but something like this you should have a live person answering..... how am I supposed to know which extension to press as I have no idea who these people are! BAD Idea

Mike coordinated the install of a brick veneer on two walls at our Rumley Building location. The building is over 100 years old (a designated heritage building) the quality of the installation was of paramount importance to us. It had to look like it had been there forever. Cathedral Stone had a perfect product that looked like it could have been manufactured a hundred years ago and the installer did an amazing job of making it look original. Visitors to the office often admire "the old brick work." Thanks for a job well done, and done on budget.

She helped give decorative advice beyond the job requirements . The actual kitchen installers were excellent to work with and did a very nice job.
