Countertop and Tiles

These people are crooks. We put a piece of granite on hold and asked for a quotation for it to be finished. They asked for a $500 deposit. 60 days later after much cajoling they gave us a price and it was out to lunch more than double what anyone would charge. We asked for our money back and they refused to give it back. Now it's off to small claims court. DO N OT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DEPOSIT!

Slavica was lovely and helpful and the selection is plentiful! I get compliments on the various styles of new tile we have all over our renovated main floor all the time!

I have had a wonderful experience working with Factory Tile Depot for the renovations to my home and other projects. Anytime I have stepped into the store, I have been greeted with professional and pleasant staff. And we love the depth and breadth of tile options. In particular, my experience with designer Jennifer Gregg has been exceptional, as she helped us bring together our ideas for a bathroom (it is gorgeous, thanks to her design savvy!) and is always available when we need her advice. Thank you for the consistently great customer service. Pamela Arora Partner, Turquoise Palace

Michelle is amazing. The place has an amazing selection!

We worked with Mark on designing the cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms in our new build. Mark made the process so easy. I showed him some photos of my tastes, and he did most of the selections. We had a follow up where we modified a few things here and there based on my use of the space. Not only did he do an amazing job with our cabinets, he also recommended select appliances for our home as well. Now having lived in our home for several months, the quality of the Koch cabinets are superb, as they look comparable to custom high end. If I could go back and do it all again, I wouldnt change anything. If you're looking for your dream kitchen or bath, go see Mark, he will not disappoint!

This is my go to place. Also this is a local store and not a big box chain. The staff is always helpful.

Ceraxo is a fantastic tile shop on St Jacques in NDG. Large showroom showcasing many different products of all sorts tailored to various budgets. Owners are nice and knowledgeable and the support staff including Cheryl go above and beyond to accommodate the client. Very happy with my experience here.

Best selection of tile in Ottawa. Love the showroom. Tiles are a bit more expensive but you get what you want :)

I had the best experience at granite mirage , great prices, excellent qualities, and amazing service, I was super super well treated . I highly recommend them.

Super service

The best and the cheapest of all

Amazing showroom! Love how it's laid out, super easy to browse. They give out sample tiles for you to take home to get a better idea on what it'll look like. Lighting is important! Only complain is their Order Desk hours. You can only submit orders between Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. This is clearly tailored to contractors and not for people with full time jobs plus a side reno project.

Excellent service & great products - ordering process a breeze - timely delivery. I highly recommend Italbec!

Excellent service from Lucie Minico. I walked in an immedatelly felt welcome. Lucy took the time to show me and explain the particularities of the tile I liked. The lady working with her was also very nice. Classy place, stuning tiles, great service.

Great service, fantastic prices and endless choices! Excellent service et beaucoup de choix! Bon prix! Grazie a tutti!!! Merci! Thank you! Italia I

Very helpful staff. Took me to the section I needed to look at which was extremely well laid out making it easier to envision a whole wall of tile. The tile I chose was available right then so I was able to drive away with everything I needed. The loading bay service people were great too. Got to their shop because it is across from Olympia but that shop was closed. Glad we stopped at Ceratec.
