Countertop and Tiles

I spent more than an hour on a Saturday when they prepared an order. The sales representative, Leticia, was not able to quote the delivery until Monday and suggested to pay the total then. On Monday she didn't call. When I called, she told me that her boss increased the price and thus they would not honor the conditions of their Saturday invoice #104599 (she still didn't know the delivery price). Thus, they reneged on a contract they voluntarily entered just a day ago. The invoice for new tiles stipulated that the tiles are sold AS-IS. When I asked to remove this, Leticia told me that that was their standard practice because "...the clients break the tiles when they arrive and then return them". Whatever merchandise you may like there, I suggest to avoid at any cost or as minimum understand the risks of dealing with a dishonest merchant - be ready that trey may renege on their contract obligations and that they do not guarantee the quality of their goods.

They have a huge show room and reasonable prices for their quality products. Service is great and after some time when i needed to replace defective parts, There was no issues ! My sales rep - Al - took care of it . I recommend the place!

The only place that solved my problem, Agostino gave me an idea of what to do with my shower When I was devistated and couldnt find the matching tiles for my shower where We had to fix a leak and removed only part of the tiles, every where I went to was sorry we dont have it, he took his time and actually cared to give me an idea so it doesnt have to cost me arm and a leg. Best service ever, I bought the material from him something that was going to cost me thousands cost me $432 with his idea. Thank you man god bless you.

Incredibly Nice, Proffesional and Helpfull

I love my Caesarstone countertop! My statuario maximum is flawless. Its easy to maintain and looks wonderful.

This is a great place to visit to see the huge variety of tiles in different colors and sizes. It felt like a tile museum. Beautifully displayed! The challenge for me was, the prices were not on display and I couldn't find anyone to help me with that.

Got a small quartz countertop from remanent slab. Great service

A little off the beaten track but worth a visit.

I was able to find the perfect backsplash for my kitchen very easily and very cost effectively! Mario's Tile has a huge selection of backsplash so I knew when I walked in I would be able to find something I liked. I'm not that great with colour so I brought in a sample of my countertop and cabinets and the friendly staff was able to supply me with multiple options. They have found a customer for life!!!!

We have purchased flooring through Sarana Tile three times within the last two years (both tile and hardwood). We have been very pleased with the prices, quality of product and service. Brian has been our salesperson - great to work with and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend both Sarana and Brian to my friends and family.

Team ReliAble - Barrier Free Living had a great time experiencing the most natural looking porcelain products available at the Savoia Canada Inc. King Street showroom opening celebration on September 12, 2013. We can't wait to promote the Maximum Tile selection as the most durable, maintenance free and beautiful countertop selection's available to the world.

Great selection, not too overwhelming compare to other stores. Staff is great not pushy and pricing is amazing

Did a kitchen renovation recently and had Aurora Marble finish the countertop for us. They were efficient and competitive. Turn around time for completion was extremely helpful for getting my kitchen up and running. Thank you Wen and Tyra for the excellent service!

Reliable! high quality workmanship at reasonable price. Highly recommended for contractors.

We met with Joe Brush on September 16th and had a quote and date for installation within a week. Original installation date was Sept 29th but Joe called to say they were not happy with the delivered slab and wanted to get a new one shipped. I highly respected their commitment to delivering a great product. Our new install date was Oct 3 and we are thrilled with the results. We had an issue getting our slide in stove to fit between the slabs( off by a mm) and a technician was back within 48 hrs . Very impressed with the whole team. 17 days from start to finish!

I had a quartz countertop installed by this company. It was delivered on time and installed with no probems! I had a complicated sink cutout but it was no problem for them. They explained the best way to look after my countertop after installation. It looks beautiful! I am extremely pleased with the result! I highly recommend this company for any kitchen stonework!

A bunch of half wit retarded idiots running this company. You want your money wasted? Go there.
