Customer service is unbeatable and in any company that's a main point anybody looks at!!

i was there on Sunday (May 6/2018) to purchase a patio set. ask for assistance at the customer service desk. the girl called someone however, no one came- waited about 45 mins. another woman (customer) who was slightly older then me, walked up to the same patio set i was looking at. then, an older gentleman employer walked over, looked right at me, then walked passed me to go speak to the woman (customer). he scanned the patio set and said to the woman (customer) that there was only one left and it was the floor model. not only did he totally ignore me for what i believe the reason to be is i look "young", the woman didnt once say i was standing there before her. i WILL never go back to this RONA. ive never heard good things about it and i now believe those things are true. and for that woman, way to be teaching your kids about manners.

I have dealt with Torino Tile on two different occasions and have been extremely happy with the advice, the products and the service. I would not go anywhere else to look for or buy tile. The owner went out of her way to find difficult tiles for me on both occasions. Thank you.

My wife and I recently purchased a counter-top from FloForm and must say we're very pleased with the product and - in particular -the installer was efficient, amiable and offered helpful advice on how to maintain the countertop and other tips. Very, very satisfied and highly recommend to others.

The guys that installed my counter did an excellent job. They were friendly, sociable and courteous. The install was scheduled to take a full day but they did it in half that time which included the clean up! Very happy and love my new countertop!

Horrific after sales service! One employee was patently untruthful, and the owner was incredibly rude and insulting. They do not take any responsibility or engage in finding a solution to their mistake. They do not belong to the Better Business Bureau (now I understand why). They refused to engage with the Province of Manitoba Consumer Protection. Hope that you do not have an installation or warranty problem.

If you're looking for any level of customer service go somewhere else. Had one question for the person at the desk and was met with the biggest sigh and eye roll. 0 help.
