Countertop and Tiles

This company was contracted to install the tiles in my new-build home. Floor tiles were done well, but our master ensuite was another story. They installed the glass-encased quartz jambs not straight. Then they tiled the entire shower based off of those non-plumb jambs. The tiles in the shower are all crooked. Luckily I had a warranty and they were called to fix it. They replaced the jambs, but did not fix all the crooked shower tile. Moreover, I found out the hard way that the way they "fixed" the shower jambs, was by installing it a bit lower over the crooked tiles (so that they didn't have to replace the tiles), and then covered it up with caulking. When the glass shower guys came back to replace the glass, it was now too big. What's more is that the tile guy said he would be back the next day (Tuesday). He never came. We called and they said he couldn't make it and so he'll be there on Wednesday. He never came. To this day, they guy never returned. Short story: stay away from this company and their shotty craftsmanship. They will do anything they can to cut corners. They do not pride themselves on doing it right the first time, nor fixing their mistakes. Save yourself the time and agony and go with someone else.

i had a very complicated outdoor kitchen to do in porcelain and Peter and his excellent team saw it through that it looked exactly as i wished for. Thanks so much to the meticulous installer as well

Stonemasters did a top-notch job of measuring, cutting and installing our countertops for our basement reno. Dan and his team are very detail focused and they were able to line up the pattern in the quartz to maximize the use of the slabs while ensuring continuity of the veins on our islands, counters, shelving, and backsplash. We are very happy with their workmanship and have no issues with recommending them.

Great selection of tiles and counter tops. Great that they’re open on a Saturday few places are.

I have been looking all around the GTA for the tile of my choice. I found it at Keramin tiles, they were also much reasonably priced compared to other places. It turned out that I bought the wrong colour. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They exchanged all my tiles without any hassle and without any extra charge. There was no delay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not only go back to them for any other selection but also recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. I can confidently say they "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value." My thanks and best wishes to Keramin Team.

Very competitive prices and large selection. Friendly sales staff. Comparable materials to other tile stores but much cheaper prices. Higher quality product than big box stores like Home Depot. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The staff at Factory Tile Depot are extremely knowledge and experienced in design and installation. They take the time to work with you on your design and installation procedures. I recommend Factory Tile Depot to everyone I know who is doing a renovation.

Excellent service and pricing. I am very happy with the installation and end result. Thank you :)

I would recommend Twin City Tile Company. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with everyone, they were courteous, efficient and professional...everything was on time and on price....I want to say a special thanks to Paul, John and Brian and the young girl in the show room that was very helpful....Everything went smoothly and according to plan, and we are now enjoying our new floor.

Sylvana is outstanding!!! She transformed the daunting experience of looking for the right tile, into one that was positive, comfortable, and very pleasant. She was very engaged; she actively listened to all our concerns; she analyzed our pictures with us, discussed color, texture, sheen, size, maintenance, durability, installation, etc etc etc.... and we soon had just the tile to take home. It was a great experience and as a result we are so glad to have picked Sarana Tile.

The Team is great..... Fancy Tile

Really great selection and people. They have good quality and a wide selection that works for all budgets. All their materials are good quality. Yani was incredibly helpful and helped us make some good decisions for our kitchen and washroom renovations. They have a lot more than tiles, including shower and bath systems and hardware. We found a good quality trough drain here too. We are repeat customers and this was the second time sourcing from this fine business.

The team at Markham Tile saved us from ourselves. We were so frustrated trying to make decisions and matching floor, wall and counters at other stores but once we found John and Sam they presented great options, colours, materials that made it much easier for us to put a great kitchen together. Prices, quality were great but their true value is the knowledge and care they offer. These gentlemen care. Thanks

Professional, on time, excellent quality.

I had Surface Magic originally do work on one of our Rentals in Buffalo NY. As the tub and tile in the bathroom was pretty disgusting. Anyway, we loved the work they did so much that we decided for them to also refinish the countertops in the kitchen as well. You bet, we will use them again if we ever need there services.

Fantastic store. Great selection. And best deals on clearance and extra stock.

Very professional and friendly customer service. Great prices.
