Countertop and Tiles

Great Product absolute love it but unlikely to order from them again. They let themselves down with their delivery service, which taints the whole product. I wouldn’t touch their fabrication department which is appalling. Lack of communication and 10 weeks to cut a simple piece of worktop.

As always I have had a fantastic experience dealing with this company. The staff in the showroom were extremely friendly and helpful. Our order was processed very efficiently and delivered on time. Some of the flooring we received had a bit of damage but this was addressed and resolved in a very friendly and fair manner. A special thanks to Lena Podova for all her help. A great experience and beautiful flooring as a whole.

Bernard Catania at Porcelanosa, Fulham, met me on a Sunday and explained in detail the incrasis of the many models of both tiles and bathrooms. It was a bespoke service that lead me to give a large order to the company. He followed up and gave an overall impeccable service. He made me a loyal customer to the brand and I will work with both him and Porcelanosa again in the future.

I bought Quartzform twinkle black only to find it had some white stones in there and a chip from manufacturing. 12 months on and neither issue has been resolved despite being initially told the issues would be corrected. I get no response from the UK business or from the German head office. Do not buy.

We bought a couple of work surfaces through Consetino through Andrew Mackintosh in Chiswick last year. A huge crack appeared near the sink and the another chip appeared on another surface. When we went back to them to tell them what happened they immediately blamed us without even sending someone out to see it. Awful product and awful arrogant service - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Avoid Bert and May - mediocre product with an equally mediocre service to match. Looking at their products on places like Instagram and on their website, the tiles look great in all the lovely pictures, but it all stops there. Having placed an order online, they sent us some samples, which were of such poor quality (badly chipped, etc), it was clear no attention had gone in to sending them out. Losing confidence fast in the product we would actually receive in the order placed, I emailed them to ask for their comments. I then spent about a week being given the runaround, with no-one at their customer service team getting back to me. Eventually spoke to a manager, and demanded a refund. All very disappointing. I'd suggest shopping around. With a little bit of searching, we found Moroccan tiles of much better quality, for a better price, with great customer service - all stress free, just what you want when you're busy doing up your home.
