Love our counter tops. We did have a problem with the owner, but it was rectified. If you want your seams in specific spots, get it in writing and don't let the guy doing the measuring, tell you that you are signing just to say they are responsible if it's cut incorrectly. We ran into a huge problem, but fortunately it was rectified. As a designer, I hv never had this problem with other companies. Final job was beautiful though.

My husband and I just purchased a home and were looking around for laminate flooring, countertops and tiles. Great, beautiful product from Italy, and even better customer service! Everyone in the office was informative. I was able to take samples home and had a very easy time ordering and receiving my product. The benefits of this small company are fast and one on one customer service. You can't beat the quality. I love my new countertops!

EZ Tile and Marble recently did a small bathroom remodel for us and we are extremely excited about their work and customer service. Even though it was a small job, they were prompt and produced a quality product that was beyond our expectations. The granite work was gorgeous and the tile floor was done with expertise and care. Ron, Jeri, and Rhonda are amazing! I have stopped by twice in preparation of building our home and they are full of knowledge, advice, and expertise in their industry. They are patient in answering my million questions and go above and beyond getting me additional information in regards to other aspects of our home build. Overall a very good experience. We saw a recommendation on Nextdoor for California Tile & Granite so we gave them a shot. We selected a quartz counter top for our kitchen with an elongated subway tile backsplash and large ss sink. There is one seam on our quartz counter top and it is essentially impossible to find unless you know where it is. I did the demo to save a few bucks but I honestly don't know it was worth it b/c of how long it took me and due to the fact I ruined some drywall and needed to replace two sections. The counter top looks fantastic and the backsplash looks perfect. My only sort of complaint is that they unhooked the sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal and water dripped all over the inside of the cabinet. I'm not taking a star off for it, but it was a little annoying. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Poor communication, no return calls , to busy for customer service. I would not recommend this company.

I have been trying to get an estimate regarding a granite countertop as well as floor tile replacement and its been like pulling teeth. I even emailed them the dimensions of the counters and floors to simplify things and was told they would take care of it. .....3 times over a month and a half. I left two Voicemails since we last spoke as the business number is rarely answered and still have not received a return courtesy call or email Of course at this point I'm only calling to request an apology for wasting my time as I could have got had the work estimated and completed by now. Needless to say they have lost my business forever and my instincts say....they don't really care.
