Countertop Fabricators

Just had some counters install. Great service. A big crew came out. They were very careful with moving the stone counters in so none of my walls got ding. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional and polite and quick. Everyone knew what they were doing. After they finished, they put a plastic film on every counter top to protect the tops until we are ready to use. This is the third time we used them. Price is very good, absolutely no complaint with their service. Would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

By far the best prices and quality in Edmonton. I would recommend their services to anyone.

worker was bossy and cocky.Expensive ,average quality countertops .Would not recommend to buy from that store due to installer

Tyson at K2 Stone is the most knowledgeable natural stone guy in the business. His product is of the highest quality and as competitive as many cultured (fake) stone suppliers in the city. He has been a resource to us for many years and has continuously provided our clients an amazing product. Do not get fake stone when you can get beautiful natural stone at a comparable price.

Worst customer service ever! Never answer their phones and you never know when they are open because they pick their own hours it seems.

GreenFox Windows and Doors Our experience, from the initial showroom visit to the final post installation inspection, was courteous and professional. Dates given for installation were accurate and honoured. We would certainly recommend and use GreenFox in the future.

We were referred to Astral Granite by one of our established subs. They have an extensive selection of quality natural stone materials, a knowledgeable & attentive staff, and offer competitive prices. We would purchase from them again.

As a fabricator in Regina, SK that is focused on customer service, A HUGE thank you to Cascade. We were short a piece of counter top for a job due to a mistake made by one of my employees. They had a piece that would work but wouldn't fit in a vehicle so they cut it down for us. The whole process went very quickly. Throughout the process, the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) and Mary were so very helpful and very much wanted to help us out. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them to any family, friends or potential clients in Edmonton!

Called there yesterday to get some info on quartz and Reena had a wonderful telephone manner and got back with me the information within a few hours. If they have the product I am looking for, I would certainly want to deal with them if Reena is any indication of the level of service. Well, that was three weeks ago and as of yesterday, I have a beautiful quartz countertop in my vanity. I wound up going with Riverbend Stone and I couldn't be happier. Price and service were both excellent.

This review is posted as a customer. The few times that I have been here to purchase items I have found the prices to be unreasonably high and the service to be unfriendly.

This is funny. 3 bad reviews kept me from even calling for a quote. Thx guys

Thank you to all at Classic Granite Works. From the first time I walked in till the end of the job everyone was very nice knowledgeable and will to answer all my question. Thank you again.

Great place to do business, cost effective, nice selection to choose from, install went smoothly, friendly and helpful staff!

Jade Stone Ltd. recently installed my new quartz countertops. Perfectly measured, installed and an excellent seam. The crew of 2, Steven and Patrick were skilled and worked efficiently to get the job done. As for Jade Stone the company, the supplier Ceasarstone was experiencing problems in sourcing the stone, Jade Stone kept me informed by cc'ing all email communications which I appreciated. My countertops are in and beautiful and I would definitely recommend and use Jade Stone in the future. LLO

Wonderful staff, they are the only place to go to for granite. Great selection and amazing service!
