I am delighted with my counter tops for my kitchen,and bathrooms. The island looks spectacular. new dark brown granite kitchen sinks in the kitchen just adds to the decor The workmanship was excellent,done in a day and no mess to clean up. I recomend this product and this firm.

I live in Vancouver and am ordering a concrete mantel from VC Decor in Kelowna which is a challenge when not able to see the product. I have been dealing with Drake, the design consultant and have received excellent service. He has been very patient with my many phone calls and enquiries, has made some good suggestions and is going to go to a fireplace store to do a colour match on the fireplace surround to ensure it does not clash or detract from the desired overall effect. Excellent prices and great service so far. Would definitely recommend them. I went with them as they were highly recommended by friends in Kelowna who recently had 3 mantels made for their new home. An excellent company to deal with.

This is an amazing company, we had them install our quartz counter tops in our kitchen in the fall of 2015, they supplied a top quality product, excellent workmanship.we hired them the fall of 2016 to install quartz counter tops and sinks in all three of our bathrooms .Mitchell, San and Leon were all professional, efficient and I would recommend them time and time again

Poor quality granite and no service follow up as agreed. Visited a neighbors home yesterday built by the same builder KWest. They appear to have the same color and pattern of granite but the quality is entirely different, no spalling chipping or surface marring Updating my comments since I noted the only other review is by Tubello themselves!

This company did my granite countertops and did an amazing job. They were able to give me more options for granite then other companies. From the initial meeting to the installation this company was nothing but professional. This is the best choice for granite in West Kelowna

The measure of a company is in how they treat you AFTER they receive your money, Good install, initially, no complaints there. Have since had several probably naturally occurring rust stains coming up from the stone. Not sealed with a quality product? Hard to say. However, I have emailed them and left a lengthy voicemail simply asking if they could advise me on how to remove, or what products to use, or if there is a granite specialist who could help. Nothing. No response to either forms of communication. None existant after installation support.
