Priceless Granite broke 1 of 3 pieces during delivery. The delivery guys wouldn't tell me what happened. Kept me waiting for over an hour b4 they finally told me that 1 of the pieces broke. So I came in the next wk to try to match up another piece. Instead of bringing the good piece back in to match, we tried to match up to a picture on my phone. This new piece was so terrible, & unacceptable I had them take both pieces back; color was off, the cut was to short on 1 side, & to long on backside. Hindsight they should of had the good piece in shop to match up color & size, instead of using my cell phone. This is my 2nd time dealing with them... So I thought I could trust them to do a good job. I guess you don't really know a co., if you have a problem with their customer service... I will never go through them again. Regardless of outcome.

Jeff was absolutely amazing in helping us out. We dropped by to see if we could fabricate an aluminium patio cover. He was very honest with us, and advised better ways to go about this option. He kindly provided us further connections in this industry.

These guys are amazing. I tried to cut out a hole for an undermount sink and my cuts looked pretty bad. They were able to clean it up for me and it looks amazing. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

Before remodeling our condo in 2011 we searched for a great place to get our countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. We found it in Venetian Stone Works and Denali Design Studio. Everybody was extremely helpful from picking a slab(from their extensive warehouse) in our price range for the kitchen and bar. They also were fundamental in finding smaller remnants that worked perfect for our vanities and even better for our project cost! They came and template everything digitally and after fabrication, their team of professional installers made the process easy. Fast-forward to fall 2015 and we were in a new home and ready to remodel the kitchen and a powder room we went straight back to Denali and worked with Vince Tafoya. Vince was great about finding how to fit everything into two Silestone slabs and our kitchen is perfect for us now. Last Friday, we went back for a couple of remnants for the last two vanities and found exactly what we were looking for and a price that was better than expected. I'm not one to write reviews but Denali Design Studio truly deserves the recognition. If you are looking for a new countertop, make sure to include Denali in your search. You won't be disappointed!

From start to finish, Venetian Stone Works delivered excellent service, quality craftsmanship and was able to complete the job earlier than anticipated! I love my newly remodeled kitchen and was able to fabricate a large dining room table and buffet with the 1/2 slab that remained! Truly beautiful and one-of-a-kind! Thank you Venetian Stone Works!!
