Bus showed up super late. There was no way to track the bus and everyone was waiting out in the cold. Bus tracking needs to be possible, especially when the service is subject to unforeseen circumstances.

On time every time !!

Only 1 staff member working most days. Try to avoid going right at opening and closing.

Use another company. They lost my package, sent it to Dawson creek twice, then when it came in a week late they said they'd call when it was to be delivered so I could meet them at my house (they won't leave it there by the way like UPS or FedEx will, you need to be there to get it) They didn't call and delivered it way earlier than they said they would and I missed it. Then they said too bad they won't deliver it twice and that I had to come in to get it. Not happy, I've told all of the companies that ship to me regularly not to use Greyhound in the future. Too much hassle.

I called them to hold my husband package because he's at work for a week and they said or the lady said yes she can.when we went there to pick up the package(parts of truck)the lady there said i dont know where and check it on the computer said i cant find it here.we even book for repair ant auto shop knowing that they keep our package.they ruin everything.now we need to call purolator and took so long also to call back where is our package go.its not a big box and what i hate the most is they say they gonna hold.

Had a really bad experience here. In the past we have used this service several times to get business cards printed. This time however there was a spelling error in the city name of all places. When I went to the store to confront them about it they told me I am a moron for okaying their proof and refused to do anything about. Everytime I visit this store I see employees wasting time watching videos on their computers so I assumed that a preliminary spell check wouldn't be to much to ask for... After how I was treated I will never use this service again. Worst customer service experience of my life :(

Management is mind blowingly unprofessional. Very discriminating. Rejects asked training or general training. Swears infront of customers. Doesn't care about the freight, trucks, or their employees. Very deceiving. Management has by far the worst people & common Curtesy skills I have ever seen. The employees make up for the managements poor neglections to their duties. Unfortunate the management makes this terminal have a really bad name to the public.

Typical post office seems understaffed so be patient with the ladies they work hard and have lots to do
