Doesn't know what customer service means. Incredibly displeased with the absolute lack of care I've received. Will be glad to never deal with these people again.

horrible. My bus hasn’t arrived for over 45 minutes and the staff had no information on where it was. Barely any seats and extremely little amount in the vending machine. surprised they don’t have a better quality station considering a lot of people have transfers here!

Fedex is the worst courier in town (Kamloops). Everytime a package is delivered it always results in a disaster. This time I waited all day for a package and happened to be on phone at exactly the same time the courier was here. He would have received a busy signal so instead of waiting a minute and trying again, he just left. Calling the toll free number was also a pain. Now I am told I have to pick it up way out town at 8195 Dallas Drive which is 25 minutes away at some warehouse in the middle of nowhere but only between 730-1030 am and 330-630 pm. I have had this same problem in the past and they weren't even open at those times. I will be sending an email to the shipper to complain and to never use FedEx again.!!

These idiots in the review section cant tell the diference between The UPS print shop and the actual UPS warehouse and shipping. Most of these reviews dont apply to this actual location. I have had good experiences at this shop.

The Kamloops Greyhound depot is small and most of the seats inside the depot were torn and in need of maintenance. There is no longer a food vendor inside the depot however there are food establishments nearby. As of June 2018 Greyhound has revised/reduced several of their routes and the Kamloops depot is where many passengers now transfer coaches. Several of the coaches arrived at the same time so you have hundreds of people lining up inside for their next coach and trying to figure out what line they need to be in. To add to the confusion they have departures with similar destinations leaving minutes apart. Excellent job done by the Greyhound drivers and baggage handlers in sorting things out.

there needs to be a zero star! I have just read the other 65 reviews. 90% read the same as mine...and the company responses are all the same..."I'm sorry..." Seriously!!!!??? with this many complaints...the same complaints ...DON"T BE SORRY...DO SOMETHING!!!!! You either have no delivery people or really bad ones. Either way, your company sucks, here is Kamloops, and you clearly don't care. For a year and a half (how long I've lived here) purolator doesn't deliver to my house. Granted, I have a fairly steep driveway which is clear in ALL weather because of the slope, but all other delivery companies deliver, always, no exceptions. Purolators excuses are weather, nobody home (when we are), any and all excuses. I had to cancel my amazon prime subscription because they use purolator for delivery, until this contract is done. I am not the only one with problems with this company. I don't know whether the delvery person just goes home then fills out 'couldn't deliver' notices but I hope they close this office. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...USE ANY OTHER COURIER IN TOWN
