Fast service! Suz responds very quick for our pick-up requests and have good pricing for local and competitive for Vancouver-Kamloops flat deck loads. Our Company IVAC Industrial Vacuum Systems have found Suz competitive to move our equipment to Vancouver when we need a Hot-Shot load/delivery of our 1 ton machines! Very courteous, efficient service.

Wouldn't say this is the best company to ship with. Ordered a package from Hong Kong of parts. I've ordered from this company before with no problems. And I chose this time to get the faster shipping through DHL. It didn't show up on the day it was supposed to. A few days later I received an email asking to contact DHL. I phoned them and they said my package was at the border and it needed to be declared. I totally understand the Canadian Customs Services have a job to do. But I've never had to declare anything with any other carrier. It's just alot more work then I'd like to have to do.

i get deliveries every week , i prefer to receive from dhl / loomis , they offer the option to pick up in store which helps sometimes, also they know i am only available in the afternoon and try to delivery to me according to my hours . i have found the local staff friendly and helpfull , although i wish they had a local number to call as i try to avoid call centers

Horrible service. I'm surprised Purolator continues to use Bill's News. They service is horrible. I just had a package sent back that I was not even notified about. They claimed there was no phone number on the package, and on further investigation the number was on the package. Beyond that, Google is not hard to use to look up a company phone number!

Good operation, looking for qualified drivers, well maintained equipment with full time mechanics. Drivers want for nothing.

Worst company, very disorganized, had major delays none of employees seemed to care. Will not be doing business with them ever again.

I was driving behind one of your trucks this morning (Jan 12th 2017) on Hwy 97 in Kelowna, past McCurdy Rd. Everyone is driving at about 70-80kms/hr. Your driver was hauling a double load of logs and I watched as he signaled left for a fraction of a second and proceeded to change lanes, cutting off the woman who was in that lane, just behind him! (she was beside but ahead of me) I decided to get up past him, he then swerved into the lane behind me and then back again into the left lane. NOT a very good driver at all!!!! The license plate ended in 4658 or something like that.
