Good customer service.

No longer at this location, my shipment never came to my address and was instead sent back to Vancouver. Do not use Canpar.

We had to move a large playhouse (tiny house) and these guys got the job done after other crane companies told us it wasn't possible. It was not an easy job but Kyle and Tyler were professional and extremely hard working and went above their job descriptions to get the job done right. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday, we had a delivery of $120,000+ of goods, the driver refused to bring it inside. We explained to him that we have limited staff and a responsibility to not abandon our post and asked if he could please bring it inside. He refused three different requests saying its not his job to deliver inside, and left it out in the rain in the parking lots, as a result I had to leave my receptionist station and leave my co-worker alone in the store while I sat guard in the dark, wet parking lot watching it until management returned to unpack the shipment and bring it inside. Really, not impressed.

Why would they say they're open on Sat from 10-2 when I've only seen them open once during that time in 2-3 months? Most often than not, they're closed and I can't get to my overflow package because their mail boxes are small and their notifications lay flat inside the box and can be missed.

The service at the depot has always been excellent and I get something through Purolator close to once a week, year round.

Terrible service. Paid extra for deliver today, and was home when they attempted delivery, but no one contacted me, except an email saying the attempted deliver. Lies...lies.
