I have been dealing for 3 years, every week with this UPS Store. Excellent service and always ready to help out and find solutions to sometimes complicated shipping situations. 5-star to Gerard and his staff. Guy S. -

L'étoile veux tout dire !!!

Constant struggle with Purolator. Every time a package is sent by them, I have to email back and forth with customer service and always end up having to retrieve my package at the warehouse. I live in an apartment building with a front panel to contact each apartment individually and Purolator always sends me the same "incorrect address" or "missing entry code" issue: I can't send you an entry code, unless you'd like me to slip my key card into an envelope for your delivery guy to enter the building?? There's no entry code! Call the apartment from the front panel, how hard is that?

compagnie efficace rapide et tres flexible tout a un prix. service professionnel de la reception, je faisait transporté de la porcelaine tout est arrivé en un morceau livré directement dans ma maison. merci bonne journée

Seriously, the worst shipping company ever. They never leave a tag, there's not way for me to know they attemped a delivery... ! There's actually a Purolator dropoff a km from my house but no... the package always end up in Anjou an hour away from here. And the only way to know its there is after calling the company I ordered from and telling them I never receive the package, then they dig for info and voila ! Purolator "attemped a delivery" but no tag as always... Thanks !

Très bon service !
