Very poor services, too expensive

How easy is it to mail bulk mail in Canada? 1, 2, 3 That is what it seems with BULK MAIL CANADA.

Excellent Service, great customer care. Been using Radius for a few years and slowly they are becoming a constant reliable source for shipping. Highly recommend

A very large, all glass table I ordered was shipped to this location (17750 56 Ave/Store 382). Upon pickup, I realized the box it came in was much larger/heavier than expected. The only way to fit it in my car was to take it out of the first big box and then break it out of the wood frame that it had been shipped in within the big box. Owner, Rupinderjeet and supervisor, Kamal went above and beyond by taking it out of all of the cardboard and breaking it out of the wood frame (and getting it in the car). All of this probably took anywhere from 15-20 mins. Thx so much to both of you! Excellent customer service.

This custom broker is totally disaster. What every broker doing in 30 minutes, UPS can take a day or even longer... What are you sleeping there!!! Do something!!!

Great place for Canadians to pick up packages. Good prices and good hours. Never a problem.

They gave my $140.00 parcel away to someone with a similar name. When I tried to hold them accountable the Owner invented a fiction that my parcel’s address did not include the Unit Number and told me to “go ———— myself”. Both the sender’s records and the USPS manifest show the Unit Number included in the address. YELP reviews show other similar complaints. Pacific Mail and Parcel has a “F” rating with BBB and ,again has complaints similar to mine. My recommendation is to avoid this company!

This place sucks..... specially now the bratty ladies who took over after firing their employee😠 Lousy customer service and they ask to pay membership fee multiple times and returned my mail saing wrong address. I would rate this place in negative.
