Dance Studio

I've attended two 12-week ballroom and latin courses by Michael Litke so far at intermediate and advance levels. Classes are very well structured and you get to explore a wide range of styles so there's something for everyone. The steps are broken down so that there are easy to learn for those who are new but the instructors will provide more technical advice for those who are more experienced. Everyone is very approachable and classes are conducted in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended.

What can I say about the dancers and service from this firm. Spoke with Ankush, Amazing. Dealt with Nileeka, professional. Met with Kiran on the night, outstanding. As for the dancers on the night. Shak, Aliyah and Jenny. They were truly PERFECT. Such likeable people individually that it brought tears to my eyes as they departed. The charges don’t derserve a mention because they were worth every penny and then some. They performed at my daughters 16th Birthday dinner and music in North London and every single person congratulated me on choosing them. I’m always cautious about giving full funds before a service, but no need to worry with them. So, from the Dad and organiser, Robert and his wife, daughter and One hundred and fifty guests including my assistant Peter who went to pick up the other celebrity and missed the dancers. We Love You All. And yes, these dancers should be treated as celebrities. Xxxxx

Lovely instructors who break the moves down clearly and give encouragement and guidance :-) The classes are always well structured and loads of fun. I would highly recommend this school to anyone thinking of taking up belly dance!

I did adult beginner ballet here and absolutely loved it. Lovely studio and facilities and a great learning speed in the class.

Tango Movement is an exceptional school, and Kim and David are inspiring teachers. The classes are fun and well taught with none of the cliquishness found in some schools, and as teachers they make time for each and every student. They emphasise building strong, beautiful technique and musicality in their students, whilst giving you plenty of time to practice and play and make the material your own. Each class is a lesson, not just in the technique of the dance, but in communication, passion, and musicality. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent studio performance of works" In the making" Friendly atmosphere with very talented dancers showing what they are preparing for the year to come.

this was a good dance place in london

Very friendly and welcoming. My 2 daughters loved it,as were only visiting from glasgow. Drop in class was really good 💃

Massive variety of classes, including well known folk you'll recognise from other London dance studios. Classes are often 90 minutes (at cheaper prices!), so you get more of a chance to learn the choreo. People pay before class (no door fee, just class fee) so teachers don't have to stop teaching to collect money from people. They've just opened and still working a few things out (need benches in the change rooms, mirrors getting a bit misty so staff wipe them down) but staff are super helpful.

I attended the beginners' singing course at the Umbrella Rooms and would highly recommend. Elliot is such a great teacher. When I first saw him I thought: wow he’s young, then immediately thought - young and talented and a great teacher! He’s so positive and clear and I really felt my singing improved.

Really fun and useful to get the basics and gain some confidence in the dance floor :) Highly recommended!

Fantastic, great fun! Great teachers. Did it for a work party and would highly recommend
