Komlanvi and Claudine (the instructors) are fantastic. They are very personable and knowledgeable. I started Salsa with them in early 2015 and have advanced to the point where I'm very comfortable and confident dancing at social events. They take the time to explain details and ensure I am dancing in a way that makes my partner comfortable and we are having fun. I'm looking forward to many more lessons with them. Bravo Komlanvi and Claudine. Please keep up the good work! The salsa community needs you!

Amazing classes, with an amazing staff...Favorite place my daughter has taken dance classes!!!

I was looking for Zumba and cardio dance classes, and I was having very little luck. But then I found Vibe Fit. They have Zumba, but they also have so much more, including yoga and bootcamp. Their Cardio Vibe workout is the best cardio burner you could ask for, and the PiYo classes (pilates and yoga) are perfect for strength and flow. The instructors are all fantastic, and there is a great workout culture. The equipment is good, and the studio is clean. Be ready for pounding music and colored lights. I always leave feeling like a got a great workout, and I have definitely gotten stronger since I started going several weeks ago. This is hands-down my favorite fitness studio that I've been to.

Great place for children of all ages to be athletic & competitive in a safe & challenging environment.

The Ottawa Pole Fitness have such great staff and class instruction. I really enjoyed taking classes here for my first pole dance experience and will for sure go back when I have more time!

If you want your child enrolled in dance, then this is the place to be! Wonderful owners, staff, and dancers... everyone makes this studio feel like home! I danced there for about 10 years and felt nothing but love through it all! The support from the teachers is unmatched! Love, love, love!!!!!

Great instructor and the class is so much fun, even for someone who has two left feet! Would definitely recommend that everyone Duniya Studio a try :)

Fred Astaire is the best place to dance and learn. Instructors truley care about you learning and becoming and better dancer. 10 outta 10. Would recommend to any one!
