Absolutely ripped off, they first of all built our porch post hanging partially 33% off our porch. They then buy the wrong windows and charged us for their mistake. After this, our home still needed some work, wee asked them to come over an over again, but they never did. After all that, our house is cracking and falling apart. whatever you do, DON'T HIRE THEM!

Advantage Lumber has been a trusted supplier for our company LandWorks for more than 16 years. Our company designs and builds high-end decks for a loyal and demanding customer base. The lumber, advice, and the service we receive from Advantage Lumber are all top notch. I'll confess I was Initially reluctant to order from a company that was so far from our location in Maryland. How could this company compete against our local suppliers? That worry was put to rest very quickly. That first order in 2001 went flawlessly and since then we've built more than 100 decks using Advantage lumber. Now I simply order what I need (usually ipe or cumaru) over the phone and its promptly shipped to us. I never worry that I'll receive boards that are not of not top quality. Rob and Jon not only set the bar high, they continue to raise it.

Tom has done two bathrooms for us as well as re-built a bank of 125-yr-old stained glass windows. I am thoroughly convinced there is not a job he can't do at the highest levels. We have an 1890's victorian in downtown Buffalo and trying to get anyone to do good work on it over the 12 years we've lived in it has been exceedingly difficult. Multiple times we have had contractors come in, talk a big game, and then be thoroughly baffled by the house's myriad oddball quirks. Tom has approached each job in our home in way that helped us understand what we could do and how he could help us get there. When we first contacted him and he came out to quote, his attention to detail was staggering. I flippantly mentioned a type of lighting I had just read about that morning and he went and found those specific lights and included them in this insanely detailed quote (and later installed them, of course). He has been incredibly sharp about meeting our expectations and completely patient in explaining himself and what he does. Sometimes you need a very smart contractor who doesn't have tunnel vision and can be a creative problem solver. Tom is certainly that. He is punctual beyond any expectation I have ever had for a contractor, manages his time and schedule exceedingly well and has always communicated project timelines better than any other contractor I have ever worked with. He was very clean and very respectful about caring for our home. Tom is one of the true workers and you will not be disappointed if you hire him for whatever job you may need.

We recently completed a project using Catalyst and couldn't be happier. The quality of work was outstanding and the people even better. They really took the time to keep me informed of what was happening when and were always wanting to make sure everything was going well for us during the renovation. The different people coming for the different jobs were always friendly and accommodating to my family and always left the place cleaner then they found it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will gladly use them again.

When we decided to have an interlocking patio installed we contacted several vendors in the Wasaga Beac area. Ryan from Springscapes came to give us a quote and left us feeling very confident about his company.
