It was a pleasure working with Jackie and Darrell out of Sherwood Park, Alberta. Their service was prompt and on time. They delivered and installed 6 screw pilings for the construction of my new deck. 10' deep and solid. Their equipment left no marks on my lawn and the job was done as described. If you want a solid foundation for any structure, this is the way to go. I will definitely use their services again.

Hired for a basic job to match existing railing, railing was installed after a long wait in the wrong colour, informed them of the wrong colour, they had them repainted but railings were not protected in transport and the paint was scraped off on two large noticeable spots we informed them of this we were told this is their standard to have some damage, it is normal. I understand minor scratches but these were large chunks of paint scraped off. They came by and spray painted them and they still look bad, I asked them to repaint them or give me a discount and was told that I was not being fair and that the marks are in a spot where most people won't notice and that our deck barely needed railing anyways, Alex at durable deck refused to repaint the railings. He used intimidation to make us pay for the railings. If you are looking for quality and a company who looks after their client do not use these guys, we were worried and somewhat scared of what they might do if we didn't follow his demands.

Time to rate the snow removal service provided by Westfall Exteriors - in a word - excellent. Mike has a history of hiring employees who are willing to work and do the best job possible. I have a long driveway as well as the city, front of house (2) and rear of house sidewalks. They do a terrific job every time which is critical to me as my wife is disabled making it difficult to get her in and out of the vehicle. Thanks to Mike and his workers for a great winter. I have to edit the snow removal comments to include in the job he did on my deck a couple of years ago: Mike and his crew replaced my rotten old deck with a thing of beauty - maintenance-free and exactly how my wife wanted it. (whew). Only negative was the time it took for which I take part of the blame - told him to take his time and he did. They cleaned up after themselves, kept me up-to-date and tolerated my supervision. I would recommend Westfall Exteriors.

Replace Decking and Duadeck Covering We have a very large deck, part covered part not with an irregular shape and three large stone pillars. The deck is only 7 years old but because the builder did not vent under the deck properly the plywood sheeting rotted out. Bob had his crew, Chris, John and Nathan removed the railings, which were sent out to be re-powder coated, stripped all of the old plywood, replaced 4 of the 2" x 12" stringers, boxed in under the pillars properly and tied them to the engineered beam and pilings, cut 8 - 21"x 8" vents and an access door, and then replaced the covering with new Duradeck. They managed to do all of this work in 4 pretty long days. I watched the work they did and it is a FAR superior install to the one I had done in Calgary by the Duradeck agent there 7 years ago. Bob' crew sanded all of the plywood, seams and screw lines, then used a filler compound to fill all of the seams and screw heads. They then did a great job of laying out the membrane and matching it to the three pillars as well as the whole length of the joint on the house. They were quick, clean, good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with.

These guys moved a shed for us, they were great and gave us a good price. We're very happy with them.

Great to deal with

This is the only place you should buy your trailer from! We traveled over 2000 km to pick up our trailer, because of timing we were going to get there after closing. To help us out they left it out front for us to pick up. Our custom trailer is a thing of beauty! We were having a bit of trouble getting everything sorted and luckily someone was still there, he stayed to help us out. We are extremely grateful for the help he provided us even though he was done working for the day. I highly recommend these guys!

My mother had a nightmare of a rotten ant infested hot tub and deck, the crew removed and rebuilt her deck to perfection. This guy knows his stuff. My mother is 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Joey and his crew.
