Very professional, excellent quality

Excellent helpful staff and service

It is not my normal behaviour to do surveys or write reviews but my experience purchasing a new Softtub simply motivated me to share ! First the friendly competent way the staff at Softtub answered all my questions was very refreshing ! In this day of retail disappointments, to find a company like Softtub who delivers the whole package from service to the product is so pleasing. I had multiple dealings with the owner Wayne Fraser and he is so committed to making sure each customer receives the best service possible. The Softtub I purchased was so easy to transport and set up. It looks so natural and inviting on my deck at the cottage. In a matter of a few hours I was enjoying a great spa experience in a great tub. I am using it at my cottage for the summer but it is so easy to transport, I am going to set up my Softtub at my home for the winter. Couldn't be more satisfied with Softtub !!! A very sincere thanks to Wayne and all his staff. Great experience and an even better product !! Sincerely Randy Marshall.

Bravo is an excellent company and did a fantastic job on my landscaping project. I had contacted other landscaping companies and they were either very slow to respond or did not return my calls. Communication with Bravo was excellent. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our front landscaping installed by Tydan in June/July. It has been a pleasure to work with this family, from Danielle's innovative design to Tyler's careful installation and oversight by Paul. To be able to support this local family business has been very gratifying and we would unconditionally recommend their services.

Everyone involved in my renovations were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to help me out. They were amazing people and did great work. I'm really happy with everything!

Neat little lakeside Town. We visited Gravenhurst on Canada 150 Anniversary/ long weekend. Had a great steamship cruise.

Good food, nice employees, slow service
