Decks & Railing

We hired HHP to do house painting, tiles, and basement reno projects, and we have been very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. Great communication, respect client needs, and men of their words. We would definitely hire them again.

Having built my last deck (Cedar) 18 years ago I stopped into The Deck Yard to inquire about composite as a replacement option. I was completely blown away by the sheer selection of brands,, styles and colours available in both Composite and PVC. Thomas took the time to walk me through the pros and cons and helped estimate the materials I would need (he knows his stuff!). The entire Deck Yard Team are truly professional and offer personal service at a competitive price. In short, my entire experience from the beginning to the end of the project was fantastic. The deck looks great! Thanks, Todd :-)

In short Paul is a perfectionist. We were tackling a bathroom reno...a complete gut. Paul arrived to quote our job, after talking with us for a while he got a sense of our capabilities and budget. He suggested that we could handle the demo our selves in order to save costs. He gave us some tips on how to handle the demo. As you could imagine with a century home there were some surprises and set backs, Paul was patient and professional. He doesn't cut corners and delivers a job done right. My wife has an appreciation for his eye to detail in finishing touches and how he cleaned up at the end of each day. He and his crew were trustworthy, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. In fact he is back in our house working on another reno!

We recently engaged Oakville Fence Repair for a fence repair, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we contacted them, their team exhibited professionalism and efficiency. The repair was completed with precision, and our fence now stands sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. Oakville Fence Repair's reliability and quality of service make them our go-to for any future needs. Highly recommended!

Called for an estimate on Monday of this week. It is now Thursday and no return call. Business must be good but it will not be from me!!!

Well, not much difference from what everyone else was saying had him come in 2022 and he was fine and did a good job (Ok, that is different from any of the other reciews but it caught up to me).. called again this year and he came out and gave a quote I felt was high but I agreed to it as I had a decent experience in 2022. Told me to let him k ow when I was ready and give him a weeks notice (I had to replace some of the 6x6 wood on my large deck boxes). Texted and called and it tool a week for him to get back. When he did he came with the colour we picked and sanded and did 1st coat. We messed up on the colour so told him we would pick a new one and let him know when we had that done and had stain at our place. Came back when I was at work. I said I wanted 2 coats of that colour and I would pay him for any additional labor over and above our initial agreement to do that. When I got home he was gone. He dis 1 "thicker coat", and my wife paid him. Mistake! No return of texts for a week

Great people with friendly attitudes!!

This is now Rona.
