This company is AMAZING to work with. We recently purchased our home and the yard was an absolute mess, to put it lightly. We hired them to do a LOT of work including taking out tons of concrete, 5 trees, excavating, leveling/grading of 80% of the yard, installing sod, adding a concrete garden curb, some fence and a gate. Darla and Grady were fantastic communicators and were always a step ahead. We were consistently kept in the loop and the work they did was top notch. They were very professional and it was obvious that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing and about us as customers. We found out after hiring them to do our yard that they also do home renovations and wish we had known that when we hired someone to do our basement as the company we did hire had nowhere near the integrity, competence, expertise and talent that was offered by Think Beast! The cost was very reasonable and we are so happy with the work they did. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete home or yard renovations.

If there was 6 stars, I would give them that! Easy process and quality workmanship. Bernard came in for a quotation (on a Saturday). He's an absolute gem and was patient, open and honest when going over everything. Once agreed upon, Paul (the owner) came (on a holiday Monday) and personally ensured everything was measured to the millimeter. By end of Tuesday, the sunroom was installed and looks amazing! By far the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Hard to come by nowadays with all the cash grabbing and lazy contractors out there. Thanks again Ideal Sundecks! Absolutely love our sunroom.

To make a long story short: I waited for 3 months for them to resurface a deck. I finally called it off only to have them respond with, “Well, that makes my life easier.” They never honoured any commitment they made. They never met a timeline. If I could give a no star rating, I would. Stay away from this contractor.

The vinyl decking, I requested from Home Rail Limited was done beautifully. It is waterproof and adds that class to my home!

So unprofessional!!! Kelly keep on promising to finish my front and back yard but never came back. Never answered my call and text. Such a liar.

Tom at the Deck Store was excellent to deal with. He assisted me with the selection of Cutek deck stain which turned out to be a great product for my cedar pergola. I would definitely recommend this company as the service was excellent.

I have used RCI, owned and operated by Dave Southcott, for several projects over the past 3 years. Three of the projects, including a multi-phased set of additions to my personal residence, involved the installation of Walltite-eco spray foam. I have found that the use of spray foam is "transformational" as compared to conventional fibreglass/rock wool products and technology. What needs to understood is that in addition to very good insulating qualities, the use of spray foam fully seals all surfaces to which it is applied and eliminates all drafts and cold air movements that typically exist with conventional insulation. The warm and draft free environment that results is extremely comfortable and requires much less heat. Dave is very knowledgeable the with respect to the technical and practical aspects of the spray foam industry and overall construction. He has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing a high quality service. I should also mention that in addition to utilizing RCI for the spray foam insulation, Dave has also supplied me with EuroLine windows. I have found EuroLine windows to be significantly superior to the typical windows supplied in the residential building industry. The windows far exceed current energy standards and are also built much stronger. Overall, I am very satisfied with RCI and am confident in the services provided. If I wasn't satisfied, I would not be to be a repeat customer.
