Quality of workmanship was excellent. He took the time to complete all details with persition while still keeping on point with the schedual. Was very friendly yet professional and you could tell he took pride in his work. Basement is beautiful and was completed on budget....I was very pleased with the end results as well as through out the entire construction process of the project. I would with out a doubt recommend dc contracting to anyone for any and all types of renovation needs. Tile work beautiful, never any problems with water leaks or whatnot in the bathroom, nice feature wall with a geometric design painted on, some custom shelves/desk and countrer too doing us well plus gorgeous. I HIGHLY DO NOT Recommend Caldek Sundeck Systems Inc. Guarantee/Warranty Issue. Caldek Sundeck Systems Inc. was hired to install a new deck and hand railing components in May of 2020. The rail components' production and installation were outsourced. They changed the structural design of the drawing without consulting anyone when the fabricated components arrived? The Patio Gate Hinges and Latch were originally installed in a sloppy, substandard (bare metal) state at first and were later replaced. Despite being fitted "backwards," the replacement hinges rusted after six (6) months. The Rust Problem was brought to their attention in May 2021. The problem has yet to be rectified despite repeated phone calls. Caldek Sundeck Systems Inc. continues to provide justification for its actions.

Darwin responded very quickly through BBB to provide a quote on the work to install railings at my house on a front cement step. His crew came to install the railings and were polite, respectful. They installed a sharp looking product, and cleaned up well after the install. I would not hesitate in recommending Bond Construction in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Decked Out Vinyl Products! They completed 144 feet of fencing around our yard in 2 days! Very professional staff and super nice to deal with! We love my new fence and best of all we never have to paint again!
