Natalie Gaik did a great job on my teeth. I am very happy with the final results. Everyone there is nice kind and helpful and are very good at what they do. Only complaint I have is that they are usually behind schedule and I have had to wait up to 25 minutes past my appointment time to get in. Other than that, great orthodontist with great employees. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Pye did a consultation appointment with me and I felt very much at ease after speaking with him, He explained the procedure in a calm and assuring manner , The staff are wonderful and professional, Surgery was a complete success and the level of discomfort was minimal, Dr Pye scheduled a post surgery appointment with me and examined the surgery area, healing was going very well and he was pleased, once again lessening my anxiety about the healing, I recommend Dr. Pye as he is the Master of his Craft, Very professional.

I had the best experience today...more importantly so did my 5 year old son.
Dr. Panozzo and the dental hygienist (sadly I didn't get her name) were amazing, super sweet, patient, kind and friendly. My son had a tooth pulled (ouch), and you wouldn't even know it. Trauma free. From the consultation (where they showed him his "austronaut nose" that he couldn't wait to take home with him after his surgery) to booking the appointment (and rebooking)..the entire staff was accommodating, understanding and friendly.
Highly recommend this dentist and office to anyone with small children. We drove in from niagara Region and would do it again in a heartbeat.
