Staff are generally ignorant and have no consistent knowledge of your billing or account. FOR INSTANCE THEY ACCUSE YOU OF NOT PAYING BILLS THAT show an paid on your bank account. Rawas assistant (who is really a dentist) is rude. They speak mostly Arabic in presence of a patient.

Dr. A.Lee, and his staff are the most compassionate caring group of people I have ever met! They are like a family, from my 1st experience 6 years ago to my last current experience just today the positive feeling amd care you get from this Dentistry is second to none, they always have time for you, always listen to your concerns and does not for 1 second look at you as a $ sign, as most Dentists unfortentely do. I will be going in for my 3rd conciousus sedation surgery in the last 5-6 years. I screwed my teeth up not going to the Dentist for so long when i was younger and he has been doing everything he can to make things better. Truly cares from the heart, just like his Staff. He is and will ever be the only Dentist i let come close to my mouth, softest yet toughest hands!! I swear he has ths ability to float around your mouth without making any contact in places in your mouth you wish to not have jabbed or poked at. Truly is in my mind the best Dentist around, we are very lucky to have him in the Niagara Region as any Dentist can practice anywhere. Keep up the great work, you make alot of people happy and feel better about themselves and are always their on short notice for anyone in distress. Also 1 of a few Dentists that does everything in his own Dental office and doesnt ever need to ship you off somewhere, he has everything he needs to be as good as he is. I tried to cancel a cleaning because I am coughing up a lung and am extremely contagious. I was told I needed to give 48 hours notice (I was only giving 24 hours notice, I wasn't sick 24 hours earlier). So, I will be showing up tomorrow morning. My apologies in advance to my dental hygienist and to every customer she sees after me for the terrible, chest-crushing cold you're about to get. Rules are rules.

I have been visiting Dr. Losonci for about 5 years now and I would have to say this man has magic in his hands. The results I have gotten here from work done on my teeth are the best out of any dentist I have ever had. For years I struggled to find a reliable dentist who also does their job well. Dr. Losonci really lives up to the highest expectation and is always so friendly when visiting him. The other staff here are eupqually professional and nice. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone and anyone I know. Also if you're a student, you always get 20% off even after your benefits are applied which is the best deal ever!

I was a student at Mohawk College in 2012 and went to Westdale Dental Centre for dental services. After the services, I was not informed of the dental claim process with the insurance company and instead Westdale Dental Centre handed my file to Collection Specialist Inc.(debt collector) I only discovered that I was owing an amount to this lousy dental centre in 2017. What a SCAM! My advice is STAY THE HELL AWAY from Westdale Dental Centre and their unprofessional staff.

I have attended Dr. Dennis Hewitt's office for 13 years, most of my family members are also his patients. I am extremely impressed with his work and he has a kind and wonderful demeanor with a professional attitude. His procedure is always gentle, and great care is taken to insure treatment is as painless as possible, and I am always totally satisfied. His assistants and hygienists are also extremely professional, kind, caring, and take a sincere interest in my overall well being. The office manager is extremely proficient. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and particularly insurance claims. She goes out of her way to explain any of my issues or concerns, and insures I am treated with utmost respect. As with all of us, time is so important. It is always respected and I have never been made to wait long for treatment. I have high regards for Dr. Hewitt and his staff and proudly recommend his dentistry service to anyone, of any age... "Hats off to the entire staff… keep up the wonderful job"

My childhood experience inspired me to share this story. Throughout my childhood, my parents routinely forced me to sit through this nightmare dentist. While I was a child, my visits with Dr. Meletta were brutal and careless. My inability to comprehend the magnitude of the future problems it would lead me to in my current life is extremely unsettling. The purpose of this review is not to be a review, but rather to express what plagues me to this day. As my mom was told, my adult teeth revealed that I was missing my bicuspids. As a result, certain dental procedures would be recommended to achieve a uniform smile by Dr. Maletta. Through this nightmare, I had several appointments with this dentist where I was under extreme duress due to his malpractice with the care of my pain.
