New resident to Port Perry, and chose Wave Dental. Have been there a few times and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation -- a toothache for two days. I called on a Thursday, explained the situation, and they said no availability until Tuesday of the following week - even just for an appointment to see what the problem was. Called another dentist, they saw me right away. I had a root canal done the next Monday. This was unacceptable. I will be changing to the other dentist.

I've been here twice so far, both times the staff have been very polite and friendly. They found another small cavity they overlooked the first check up and Dr. Garach filled it for free, which was very nice of him!
Overall good experience here, definitely would recommend as other places I've been to aren't as honest or do quality work.

I have a special needs child and he's been seeing Dr mcisaac since his teeth started growing in and hes now 11 years old, he's done awesome work on my sons teeth and he makes sure i understand whats going on... don't think i'll ever find another Dr like Dr McIsaac around anywhere..

Staff are generally ignorant and have no consistent knowledge of your billing or account. FOR INSTANCE THEY ACCUSE YOU OF NOT PAYING BILLS THAT show an paid on your bank account. Rawas assistant (who is really a dentist) is rude. They speak mostly Arabic in presence of a patient.
