Let me start out by saying it has been a LONG time since I have been to the dentist and was definitely nervous and worried about finding the right one. So something was telling me to find a dentist, might have been finally having work benefits again. So Dr. Oliviei office came up. Well I couldn't be happier with the dentist I found!! What a great atmosphere, as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted right away by his wonderful staff and clean waiting area. Did not have much time to sit and see the waiting area as I was called up and moved into a bright clean room, with more technology then I remember last time. Then the young Dr. Anthony walked in and instantly could feel the positivity from him and his associates! I relaxed and felt very comfortable and new I could trust this Dr. Amazing experience and look forward to my next cleaning. Thanks

To Jill Kippling. Are you sure you're writing about the right office? I am the office manager at Lily Dental and I know all of our patients by name and was unable to find you. I would however, like to clarify a couple things that concerned you. A 'simple teeth cleaning' as you said you requested is actually called 'periodontal scaling'. It is the same at every office in Ontario and we all use the same procedure codes so that would explain the term used on your statement. We do not have dental assistants perform scaling but I assure you, our hygienist is very gentle and experienced and has not received a complaint before. She is very conscious of patient comfort and would have offered you alternatives if she was made aware of your discomfort. Sometimes, if it has been 3 or 4 years since your last cleaning, there would be some sensitivity during or afterwards as your gums and teeth are not used to being cleaned. As far as creating a hole in the tooth as you described, I would suggest that is extremely unlikely as the hygienist uses only cleaning instruments. It is possible that you had a cavity which was underneath calculus and went unnoticed until the teeth were cleaned, but without seeing you it is hard to say. When my family and I (5) started here they were great!!!! I was asked how I would be making payments I said I need to stay with in the limits of my husband's benefits. I went in for one filling. I walked out with over a $400 bill! With out any warning. Then when I called to confront them about this. Kaitlyn was EXTREMELY rude to me. Told me this was all my fault! And it was my responsibility to make sure they didn't go over my insurance coverage. She also told me they took out some charges because the bill was actually$600!! She proceeded to argue with me. Swinging attitude with me worse then my 9 yr old son! Plz plz make yourself aware of there scams!

Dr. Barabash is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been 'deta-phobic' for my entire life, and Dr. Barabash has been outstanding. Her entire team is sensitive, professional, and I trust them with my families dental care.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Dr Dore was sympathetic and gentle offering sedation services for those who require it. Staff even called a few days later to check how I was.

Dr. Tarka has to b the best dentist that ever lived. My whole family see her. She and hygienist work so well together. I am beyond lucky to say Maria is my dentist. Meb the receptionist is excellent at getting u in n making sure ur looked after. The best! Thank you Maria n staff for the best dental care one could ever hope for.

My 5 year olds teeth are fallen my out early. Do half assed work made my kid get serious infections and tooth rot. Very inexperienced. Nothing but headaches. Do not take a child here.

I've been taking my family here for a few years and they've never let us down. Victoria (I think her name is spelled differently) is always very sweet. Everyone is very knowledgeable and considerate. I feel confident recommending this office.

A great office to come to. They are always welcoming and they are willing to explain everything before tx. I haven't had an bad experiences and encourage everyone to come in.

I have been a regular patient of OMG Perio for more than 25 years and have always been happy with the care and attention I receive. The dentists and the hygienists are very professional and courteous. I have never had a negative experience so I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone.
