I wasn't an easy patient for a bit, but both doctors took every step to consult. Over and above to give their personal number to call 24/7 in case of complications (were none in the end.). My insurance plan caused a hiccup, they found it first and gave credit. Adela the hygienist (master of thank you's) is the best.

I went in for a check up and had an excellent experience (about as good as a dental checkup can be). Dr. Michaan was amazingly thorough and gentle. She took the time to go over each x-ray photo, and did an excellent job explaining what was going on. The dental hygienists were also very thorough with cleaning my teeth, and were friendly while they did it.

Enough great things cannot be said about Dr. Ashley Dykun at the Denman location! After being hesitant about seeing a dentist after a long time away from care, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. After explaining carefully the treatment needed, how long each session would take, the cost of treatment, and different options open to me, I will now never see another dentist! The experience was amazing and I would recommend to anyone seeking the best care in Vancouver.
Also the front staff are very welcoming and make a great vibe in the place. Would highly recommend!
