Eventhough I live about an hour away from their office, they have proven to me that driving an hour is worth the service.
I have also referred my sister to their office and she is very happy with their service.

This place definitely deserve 5 stars. I come here regularly to do my cleaning and they have been nothing but amazing. I used to have some issues with my gums for the longest time I can remember and they are the first who were able to actually help me. On top, they are very friendly and very diligent an answering emails.

I have been coming here for almost ten years and plan to keep returning for the rest of my life. The front end staff are always in a good mood and make me feel like they are happy to see me. Rebecca and her team of dentists are not only talented but extremely professional and have single handedly changed my opinion on coming to the dentist! I used to hate going to the dentist until I started coming here. Dr. Chris Ho is my family doctor and is absolutely phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough with his patients. All in all I feel blessed to be a patient in an office with so many professionals who truly care about my well being.

Please get a quote before you go! I was ripped off (I know, it is my fault for thinking that it was going to be reasonably priced). The dentist works by himself, so he does the cleaning (very very very basic cleaning - not a hygienist cleaning standard) even though it charges the fees as a hygienist. I was charged for a "comprehensive exam" even though it was a very quick and basic checkup. He didn't check gums or anything. Conclusion: know the price first and ask them to tell you exactly what the exam will cover so you know. My friend went to another place on Queen Street (a very nice place) and was charged half the price and the quality of the service was much higher.

Dentistry in Motion is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Cappell and his team are incredibly professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you are nothing but comfortable throughout your entire visit. I went to Dr. Cappell to have a root canal done and I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. His state of the art facility makes going to the dentist a fast, pleasant, painless experience; you don’t even feel like you’re at the dentist. My kids were chanting "best day ever" all the way home! The prizes at the end were definitely a selling feature, but they said everyone was really nice. Amazing attitude exhibited from everyone there. They really seemed to go out of their way to make the kids comfortable.
