Dr. Pyne is wonderful! His staff is super friendly and everyone greats you with a smile. He does amazing dental work. Highly recommend him!

I am a nervous wreck when it comes to Dentist, and haven't always been treated well, or made to feel embarrassed or shamed when visiting other dentists, but for the first time in my life I actually looked forward to my cleaning and have had an extraction and cavities filled since. We my cheek was numb and I probably looked atrocious, they let me go through the side door instead of the waiting room where everyone else was. I have not encountered one rude, impatient or rushed doctor or staff. They always make me feel welcome and yes I have already recommended them to the rest of my family and friends. It's hard to find my 3 requirements these days: 1. Knowledgeable, 2. The equipment and atmosphere up-to-date, 3. Friendly and patient. I received all 3!

Lovely group of people at both locations! The Kiddos love the toys and pirate ship and they love getting their teeth done!

My husband and I have been going to North Washington Dental Group since they first opened their doors. I have never had any kind of bad experience at all. Dr Dunn is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He is compassionate and cares for his patients. I would and will recommend him to any of my family and friends. Much appreciated, Dr. Dunn!

Very unhappy with this place. Had a 7am appt. this morning, tried to get in and no one shows up. This is the third time AT LEAST! Generally dentists schedule you for every 6 months or so, I haven't heard or seen the dentist now for over a year. This is the last time! Dentist does great work, too bad they don't show up when they're supposed to. I had to drive 30 miles just to get here,what a waste.

Amazing experience. Can't say enough good things about the staff. They were super nice and did a great job fixing my tooth. Even got to watch Prison Break while they were working on me. Will definitely be back!

Dr. Slack is simply a periodontal magician with a bedside manner that instills comfort and makes you feel like you're being treated by a loved one. His staff is just as sweet.

Missing the old Dr. Bob. The new doc. just wants your money. Dr. Rowe told me that no one in the county could do a certain procedure I needed that would be covered under my insurance, and when I found out that Dillon family dental could do it and asked him about it he told me he just didn't recommend them because he didn't like their work! So i had some work there done, had financial issues and fell behind on my payments, which I was thankful they set up for me but when I called to catch up I was told $50 was not enough and they couldn't accept my payment, they would have to send it to collections unless I had $100. I told Marla I could get the rest in 5 days and she said no and sent it collections anyways. It's horrible they refuse payments like that, regardless of my irresponsible delay; they will only work with you if it means it benefits them immediately, I felt like a number to them, not a patient.

Ascertain all costs and coverage in advance in writing. If you start hearing ifs and buts, just stop wasting your time.
