Dentists

I'm new in Paonia and seeking a dentist wasn't on my radar until a molar became abscessed on a Friday night (of course, a Friday night!). I had known for several months that something was amiss with the tooth, but the pain was manageable. But with the sudden spike of pain to the high end of the spectrum, I needed immediate attention! I called Dr. Waisath on Monday morning, was scheduled for an exam in the afternoon, and had the tooth extraction Tuesday at 11 am. Here's what I liked about the experience and what is prompting me to write a review. First, the staff was very friendly and accommodating making me feel as comfortable as possile . Second, Dr. Falon (we'll call him) was empathetic with the pain I was experiencing and took the time to explain in detail what he learned from the X-ray and explained my options and the benefits, if any, of a root canal. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions in detail. What stood out to me, and believe me when I say I've been to my share of dentists over the years, is that he values communication and a positive patient experience. He is only the second dentist I've experienced who administered the numbing shot slowly and gently. He took short breaks throughout the extraction process, providing updates about where he was at and what to expect. His service was all that I hoped for in resolving my abscessed tooth. After the easier than anticipated procedure, he provided me with specific self-care guidance and told me he'd check on me by phone in the coming days. I give this experience five out of five stars.

I had an appointment with dr. Laiminger, who is now working in this office. I was really impressed with Cheryl, the hygenist who did an efficient job and was very informative, and gentle. I also really liked Dr. Laiminger. She is young and enthusiastic and is willing to take the time to sit and talk with you and answer questions. I also found that she was open to discussing questions relating to Natural dentistry and had in fact done some of her own research about some topics. I'm glad to have found a dentist I feel comfortable with and who is affordable so close to home!

They are amazing!

I really don't have the words to express my appreciation for having such a great dentist in Northeastern Colorado. Recently, my dad had cracked a tooth and was in pain. Dr. Wright was there for our family without hesitation. She was professional, warm, and caring. She went above and beyond for us and was amazing to work with. We are lucky to have her in our community!!

I have had 3 appointments trying to get help and have been rescheduled. I am now going to be without meds and no way to get them. Find someplace else. This is not my first go round with them.

The fear is gone! I now look forward to my dental checkups and cleanings with this exceptional dentist and professional team. As a new patient, I needed replacements for two failing, ugly front teeth caps, fillings, and a failed crown (she also arranged an implant mount and excels in beautiful, natural-looking porcelain work). Equally important, the hygienists are experienced and well-schooled. I noticed the difference immediately! Then my father, a Denver resident, shared he was quite dissatisfied with his last dental visit and was seeking a change. He is aged 92, & confided a traumatic childhood dentist visit still caused him great anxiety. Again, Dr. Wright came to the rescue! She and her staff all extended the most gentle, respectful, and caring service we both so needed, and have left us grinning ear to ear.

I've been coming here for years, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Mollie is kind, gentle, funny, and understanding. She has a wonderful team and does excellent work. If you're looking for a dentist, choose her. You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoy going to Platte Canyon Dental Care. The staff remembers me and asks how I'm doing. Very friendly and professional!

Candy was very friendly and did a great job with my cleaning! The front desk was very helpful as well with figuring out my insurance benefits!

Dr. McCormack is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I am currently on Clear Correct (like Invasalign) so I see Dr. McCormack a couple times a month and find myself actually looking forward to the visit. He and is his staff are very friendly and accommodating. He has a great sense of humor and a way of putting you at ease. I feel very fortunate to have found a great dentist.

I've been seeing Dr Schindler for years, even traveling a long distance now. She an excellent dentist and takes the time necessary to make sure my teeth are happy.

Went here for years and had several unfortunate experiences. The last of which included getting a filling redone two times due to poor dental work. Save yourself the trouble and time keep far away.

These individuals were very deliberate and professional. Their expertise was highly professional and their follow-up was caring and sincere.
