Dentists

My gums had been irritating me off and on for the better part of two and a half years. I finally went to the dentist fearing some terrible news. The staff here was very friendly and worked with me to get everything fixed up and feeling great again.

Well all the horror stories of a root canal and dr. Frauts was amazing Rosa who assited was great. Took about as much time as doing a filling. A very satisfied patient.

Dr.rohn is the best dentist in the world, he is professional and has amazing communication and interpersonal skills, he is compassionate as well. His staff are fantastic as well. Leiah and Janet are very professional and fantastic, may god bless Dr rohn , thank you Avalon dental for saving my life :)

Extremely helpful and gentle

Always impressed. Our family of five likes to be booked on the same day which can be difficult to accommodate. From the front door to the chair, top notch care is recieved. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The operatories are beautiful and every inch of the office is impeccably clean.

well first of all the dental office would not take me cuz i cant afford it cuz iam on e.i i asked if they can put me on payment plan and they said no my face is so swollen in so much pain i would make payments they said no i find that sad a man that works laid off no fault of mine living e.i cheque to cheque willing to give him 100 bucks or more too get a tooth pulled that would only have cost like 200 but no sorry cant help you i have been too many dentist before and they where happy too help me out on the payment plan but this greedy dentist said no so i still sit here in pain and wait for a dentist in port colborne that will help me out the search cont......i would have gave 100 upfront and then own 100 put still no i hope noone in port colbourne goes too this dentist lets show him what not having a heart is like when he is in need of some bussiness and noone helps him its not like the old days thats forsure when you just took someones word for it

Yep, it’s pretty desperate that you have employees and the friggin dentists WIFE and friends write the only “good” reviews for a business. Avoid like the plague. This office can not keep employees to save their life. At least 4 receptionists have come and gone in the last year, I’ve seen several new hygenists, 3 associate dentists... a bunch of assistants. What does that tell you?

Dr. Jain is very patient and gentle and the office staff is helpful and organized!

"had to get" fillings several times with issues here and issues there and issues regarding my insurance not paying enough also more issues with there anisthetic not working went to the dentist at the mall with much better results

I want to Thank Dr. Pampena and the staff at The Pines Dental Office for giving my son his confidence back. I also wanted to thank Dr. Pampena who actually took the time to listen unlike other dentists I have been to that refused to listen to what my son wanted. Dr. Pampena is the ultimate professional and the looks of the resin fillings for my son's front teeth look INCREDIBLE. Thank you again

I've been going here for 30 years but the new ownership has failed to maintain a good balance of value for cost. $200 for 40 min cleaning (no x-ray) and a mediocre clean at that. Overall I feel the place has slipped.
