We have had nothing short of a great experience with Dr. Julia Ng and her team at Refine Orthodontics. They have attended to two of my kids with diligence, excellence, knowledge and friendly fun. They have been so thoughtful throughout the process, always available for urgent/emergent needs as well as just super friendly and interested in our daily lives and who we are as people, not just customers! Our kids have beautiful smiles to last a lifetime and they have Julia and her team to thank for them!

I have been seeing Ashley for over 5 years now. Even after moving out to Surrey 4 years ago, I continue make the drive out to Abbotsford. He is non-judgmental, caring, and friendly. The assistants are also amazing. I dread going to the dentist, but at least I am able to go to someone who does their best to make sure you have a good experience. I hope I can continue having him as my dentist for as long as he continues to practice (which will hopefully be a long time, haha). 100% recommend him!

Extremely ridiculous. Right hand does not know what the left one is doing. My family member tried multiple times to express what her purpose of visit was. No one seemed to care. Ended up that Dr. started with root canal process which she was not even there for. No consent was taken. Worse reaction happened from the medicines. Ended up at medical facility due to that. Hundred percent agree with other negative reviews. We will continue to update other potential clients with the final outcome of this matter that is under review by the appropriate officials.

Doctors are awesome....dr dhillon is a seasoned doctor with experience.. got fillings done..was a breeze...5 stars for doctor...his assistant seems to jump the gun all the time..often override the doctor...makes you feel ..who is the doc here? But Dr dhillon is gentle and never cares...perhps not worth his time...3 stars for the assistant who never smiles and looks grumpy...sorry but true..you can try and find out yourself..the front desk lady is cheerful and always smiling..
