Dentures (both top and bottom) were very poor quality. Now just 3 years later and I need new ones. No impressions were done, he just did impressions from my old dentures. My bite is now severely off due to denture mis-alignment. Lower denture broke twice in less than 1 year. I gave up on him, I had no patience left. Yes, I should have asked for my money back considering I paid $2000.00 for them. I am now told I received the lowest quality dentures but paid for the best. Do not use this doctor.

Dr Lococo was really awesome and friendly also showed me what he was doing and finally relieved my pain on my upper back tooth guy knows what he's doing wonderful staff too

Concept Dental is somehow 6 stars out of 5. have been going to concept dental care since they opened, about 15 years ago. I've never had a problem with their service. I moved from Ancaster to Toronto over a decade ago, but for me it us still worth the drive. Why? Friendly staff. Top notch facility. Megaloads of free parking. Clean, comfortable environment. Quality workmanship. The prices are the same as the industry standard, but you receive better than average work. Mike

I just had a procedure done today and needed to get on here ASAP to tell all about my positive experience. It blew my mind!!! I'm 25 and I went in to get a wisdom tooth extracted that was causing me quite a bit of pain. First of all, when I called to make an appointment, Dr. Bath offered to book me the next day, on a Saturday! But because I had to work, we made an appointment for Tuesday. So - I am terrified of dentists, and leading up to this visit I was freaking out because I was only going to be given laughing gas and a needle. I hadn't met anyone else who'd had a wisdom tooth pulled without going under or having an IV sedative. But Dr. Bath assured me it would be a-ok and she was right, though I didn't believe her and spent the days leading up to my appointment super nervous. First of all, the procedure itself probably took a total of 15 minutes, not even. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The office manager started my visit off so nicely - when I told her I was nervous she immediately put on some Netflix for me to watch in the waiting room. As for the wisdom tooth extraction itself, Dr. Bath made the entire thing so positive and comfortable that I actually enjoyed myself! I am not lying!! This woman is SO INCREDIBLE at what she does!!!! I was literally sitting in the chair, with my laughing gas, watching Friends, chilling, thinking that she was just making room in my mouth for her equipment when she was actually extracting the tooth. I had no idea it was finished until she said "You know I've already got your tooth out, right?" I have had fillings with other dentists that were 10 times more uncomfortable and longer. Also I need to say that her methodology is just so amazing, even the way she administers needles is so quick and comfortable it'll shock you. Plus she sings while she works. Dr. Bath is a godsend and if you are considering a new dentist, please go with her. I promise you, you will be SO GLAD you did.

Étant en vacances dans la région, je me suis retrouvé avec un mal insupportable généralisé vers la bouche. Ils ont juste fait une radio et il n y avait pas de caries, le médecin a des lors envisager que la dent de sagesse poussait sur les autres dents sans en avoir la certitude car la radio ne le montrait pas. Son conseil: prendre des ibuprophene pendant 2 semaines. Par la suite, la douleur étant de plus en plus insupportable, je suis allé voir un autre dentiste qui a tout de suite diagnostiqué une infection de la gencive et m a tout de suite prescrit des antibiotiques en urgence. Ce sont certainement de bons dentistes; mais étant étranger il n à pas chercher plus loin et était juste la pour encaisser la consultation 100 dollars pour ne rien arrangé.

My wife went there got a tooth extracted the dentist left half the tooth in she noticed it a couple days later so it's obvious he's doing it on purpose so he can bill insurance company for more visits to pull out the rest of the tooth very unprofessional never go to this dentist unless u want to have to get double the work done on your mouth so Steve erkles look a like can make twice the money on you and keep u In pain even longer over the same tooth getting pulled he should be a veterinarian not a dentist
