I had a similar incident to what is described in Costas Chionidis' review. It was a case where work was prescribed by Dr. Bernancer but another dentist felt that no work was needed. I later found out that over three years ago, Dr. Bernancer's office was one of a handful of offices (maybe 6 at the time) to use the DIAGNOdent technology. This is a sophisticated technology that will pick things up that others may not detect. Dear Costas, do you know if the other dentist had this equipment? Chances are that they did not. Please check if it still matters to you. Did you go back to Dr. Bernacer to express your concern or did you just write your complaints online without asking for clarification from Dr. Bernacer? I clicked on your profile thinking I could reply to your review and found all your other reviews. I noticed that ALL your reviews were negative. I don't think it's nice to do that. This is the first online review I've ever written. I wanted to respond to Costas Chionidis and say that your experience was out of the ordinary. My whole family has been going to Dr. Bernacer for over 20 years. We've seen the office grow and we've always been treated like royalty. We remain loyal because the entire staff takes such good care of us. Thank You Dr. Bernacer and Staff :)

We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of Dr. Damon Tsai's Dental Team. I was afraid and skeptical of a much needed Implant to begin with, but Dr. Tsai and his Team totally put me at ease. There was no pain after the surgery and recovery was fast and very satisfactory. I recommend anyone who needs Implant to consult Dr. Damon Tsai Dental Office. My experience with them have been very positive.

My mom spent thousands of dollar there. After few years, the teeth that had been done work were getting loose again. Every time she went back and she had to keep spending money, but nothing was working. Now her four teeth were removed and all those money she spent there were good for nothing.

Dr Lalani’s service has been nothing short of exceptional. He shows genuine interest and care for his patients and that is very evident from his service, advice, care and follow up. The warm and friendly manner in which the staff welcomes you is very gratifying consistently on every visit. This demeanor gives you a sense of comfort and makes you less anxious about the issue you are encountering knowing that there will be a resolve. Dr. Jonathan Rosen is an exceptional dentist who I highly recommend. He provides stellar patient-centered care and is extremely friendly, patient and talented at every procedure he performs. You can be sure that when you walk into Dr. Rosen’s office, you are in the very best hands! He and his staff take time to explain procedures and are very gentle and professional. They will have you walking out with a bright, healthy smile in no time!

Dr.Janev is our family dentist for over 15 years. Her friendly ,but professional approach is greatly appreciated, especially when approaching children. Furthermore,my husband's heart health condition require antibiotics prophylaxis and extra care before any dental work. Vesna and her team are always there to make sure he has the proper medications and always call or follow up on him.This is unique for Dr.Janev's practice, not many dentist go above and beyond for their patients. I do not mind to drive an extra mile to see my dentist.

The visits always feel like visiting family and close friends. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The service is excellent and always on time. The area is well kept and tidy. This is an excellent place to recommend anyone looking for a dentist.
