I recently made the switch for my whole family to the Dental Impressions office, and we are thrilled that we did! Dr. Chu has outstanding chair side manner, especially with children. My twin boys both think she is “the best”, and have no fear of “going to the dentist”! A testament to her true talents! All the staff are extremely experienced and very caring. Every visit to the office is absolutely enjoyable, in large part thanks to the team, for their cheerful presence, constant support and quick responses to all my queries. The staff/professionals at By the Lake Dental provide an excellent, patient-centered experience! Everyone was very professional, and accommodating. Dr. Andrea Tagliaferro gave me the very best care possible. She took the time to explain the plan for my series of dental procedures from the beginning, and made sure each one of them were as pain free as possible. She fixed a major problem for me very skillfully and with the latest technology and methods, and I couldn't be happier with the results and experience as a whole. The Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants were amazing, also very professional and skilled, and made the experience pain free.

After being so frustrated with my family dentist ( the one inside the Longo's Plaza at Jane and MajorMac) I have Found this amazing family dentistry through Groupon! friendly and welcoming Dentist and staff, my kids actually love going to they're dentist appointment. GREAT, very skilled and friendly Dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 6 years but had developed a crazy painful tooth ache issue And I wanted to get the tooth extracted. The dentist did some x-rays and examined my teeth and advised me the problem tooth could be saved And he explained he could save the tooth by doing a root canal procedure on the tooth. It made sense to me, I'm only 32 years old and didn't want missing teeth, so I agreed . Two visits later the tooth was fixed, the procedure was painless. I have since the root canal had my teeth cleaned and polished with the hygienist and am booked in again in 6 months.
