Dentists

We had our first consultation today and both my son (9 years old) and I were extremely impressed. We were greated by friendly staff from the minute we arrived and all the staff acknowledged and spoke to my son not just me. Dr. Pollard explained everything very clearly and made sure we (my son included) had no questions or concerns. We feel like we are in great hands here! Very clean office, friendly knowledgeable staff, flexible payment plans if needed!

I went into KV Family Dental for my first standard check up and cleaning as I was told their hygienists were excellent. Cory asked if I had ever considered closing the gap between my front teeth to improve my smile. I jumped at the opportunity, and now, I am grateful now that I have a lot more confidence in my smile. - Thanks KVD

Was my first visit in probably 10 years. This time was for a root canal. Even with the odds against them, Dr. Serink and her entire team have made it okay to go to the dentist again. I even felt up to an hour or more of cleaning to follow that sitting. I will be back again regularly. They have my trust.

If there would be a higher ranking I would with out a doubt give it to this dentist and his team. Dr. Tatra, his office manager and the team of hygienists and dental assistants try to make the once in a half year visit to the dentist pleasant. Everything from the reminder to the visit is a planned experience and while the dentist is not my favorite person in the world, they take the pain out of the visit where possible. The the chairs, the modern equipment, the set up with tv's on the ceiling and the many friendly conversations during the visit make the time go by fast. Dr. Tatra checked for tumors in the mouth and for any abnormalities even during a simple cleaning appointment. I have never seen that before and find it something special looking out for my well being Thank you and I will tell many many others. Peter

Dr. Sajan is patient and gentle. I get very stressed at the dentist, and he took his time , sprayed a topical anaesthetic on my gums and made the whole needle process much more bearable. Thank you, Dr. Sajan!

I've been his patient for over 2 years. He's completely transformed my teeth. He's also friendly, organized and professional just like all his staff. Seriously the ladies at the front are the most organized health and dental admin staff I've ever encountered. Highly recommend him.

This is a long story, but I'll try to make it short. DO NOT GO HERE! In November 2021 I went to this dentist to have a root canal performed on my back bottom left molar. Being that I have serious anxiety around going to the dentist I had to do sedation dentistry. While under sedation, I complained about another tooth (top left second back molar) that was causing me pain. I don't remember much of the specific conversation, but I do remember there was tension in the room and an uneasy feeling I was on a full dose of sedatives. He changed the procedure to the other tooth I had complained about, but kept it as a root canal. They claim he did his due diligence in checking that tooth, but I'm not sure that's true as I don't really remember the specifics. The simple fact of the matter is that while under sedation this procedure should never have been allowed to be changed. Unprofessional overall.

A great dentist, a nice team, and a good place to go for dental care.

A great office, modern and clean. Dr. Machine is very nice too. I remember him from when he worked in Richmond. Langley is lucky to have him!
