I gave my insurance details in Nov/Dec 2015 and it took them 3 months to tell me that the insurance has denied payment.
They were not willing to hand over my dental x-rays. The process they wanted to follow was that I should give a letter to the dental office I wish to go with , who would in turn send the letter to their office which would take a few days.
I cancelled my appointment in Dec 2015 but they still went ahead and re-did my pre-D in Jan 2016 without my authorization.
They finally remembered my account and are asking for payment.

Highly recommend Napa Valley Dental Centre. The staff are amazing... very courteous, kind, patient and friendly. Always welcoming and make you feel at home. Dr. Ian Braverman is amazing as well. He pays close attention to detail and explains everything to you, step by step. Takes digital photos throughout to show you the procedures and progress. Highly recommend if you care about your teeth & health :)

I saw Dr. Ahmed Alyaseri for some tooth pain I had from a procedure performed at another dental office. He was very thorough, attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail. His dental assistant was very friendly and the front desk lady was very patient and helpful as we tried to figure out a time that worked for me ! Highly recommend this clinic!

I've been going to Dr.Weerasinghe for about 16 years and I have been extremely happy with the care he has taken with my teeth and general oral health. Even when I moved up to Innisfil I have continued to commute down to Markham for my dental appointments. He never pushes any work to be done that isn't absolutely necessary but he provides you with all the options and his recommendations. He also treated my son when he was very young, so I can tell you that he is very good with children.
