I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! The dentist and the staff are very friendly and helpful! I went to Western Dental on Madison in Riverside and they were very unprofessionally and i came here and they have been nothing but friendly and they took care of my problem. My wisdom teeth were hurting really bad something that Western Dental said they needed my insurance approval, that it would only take 2 weeks. It ended up being two months till i couldn't take the pain anymore. I came here to Newport Dental and right away the Dentist said it wasn't my bottom wisdom teeth (western dental said it was) the dentist said it was my upper wisdom tooth that had a cavity that was the cause of my pain. So right there and than he took out my upper wisdom tooth out and i couldn't be anymore happier with their services. NEWPORT DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER YOU SHOULD GO TO IT!!!!

Horrible customer service. For the fourth time, they have provided me with the wrong information or forgot to call about an appointment that they canceled, thus causing me to not only drive 30/45 minutes there and loss hours at work. And then they try to blame all errors on the customer, as they aren’t even familiar with their own database. I wouldn’t recommend them. I have noticed that others have claimed the same issue. This is not a isolated case. Once you go, you will realized that the 5 stars reviews are obviously fake.

They got me in quick. Fixed two front teeth cavities that were looking pretty bad. They look great now, can't even see where the filling is now. I like the quick service and didn't feel like they were trying to get money for stuff I didn't need and wasn't there for.

I visited this location on November 11, 2017 and I can honestly say it was a total waste of time. I am pregnant and decided to do a check up that was recommended to me by my doctor. I called the previous day and told them about my situation and mentioned I did not want xrays done due to my pregnancy. I was told it was perfectly fine and that the doctor can simply due a visual and a cleaning. I made an appointment for the next day. I got out of work early to make it to my appointment and waited a little over an hour when I arrived. The doctor finally came to see me after I waited a long time and I was told he couldn't see me because I didn't want xrays done. He couldn't even do a simple cleaning for me. Then he walked away. He was very rude about it. I then told the dental assistant that I had called and spoke to one of the front office ladies about my situation and that she said it was fine. Obviously someone here doesn't know what they are doing. IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME COMING HERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Really love the dentist and staff, they listen to my concerns and fears with dental procedures. He didn't try to push unnecessary work that others places have tried to maximize profit. Quote "I'll do the least aggressive work to your mouth to solve the problems, if it becomes a bigger issue then we'll have to go that route. " I love my smile again after Doctor Galvan had finished with me.

I love the environment in this dental office!! The staff are amazing.

One of the best dentists that I have ever been to. Dr. Park and his staff are amazing! He is thorough, but doesn't try to talk you into getting unnecessary work done like other dentists I have been to.

It has been about 8 years since I have been to the dentist. I highly recommend Marketplace Dental Group. I broke a tooth that had a root canal many years ago. While my visit there was a little lengthy, I know it was to ensure that the crown was done right. I felt so welcomed. The staff is superb...very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that the doctor explained what they were doing and continually checked in on my comfort level. There is always going to be some level of discomfort going to the dentist. Believe me when I say, they take care of you here. Thank you for your care and professionalism. Big smiles for Marketplace Dental!

The m.a's are too worried about their own plans non work related,employees horse play sexually and are often rude towards ech other making patients uncomfortable nd feel inferior to the enviorment.
