Service 5/5 Price 1/5 They promised I was going to pay $180 for wisdom tooth removal and cleaning. I ended up paying $240 dollars and $750 pesos. I was later told by a family member that lives in tecate that other places will just charge $500 pesos for a cleaning. I was charged $100 dollars that's $2000 pesos. They took all my money. I have more work to be done and will not be returning here. The lady dentist is the one that over charged me beware of her. The man on the phone has promised $180. Servicio 5/5 Precious 1/5 Me sentì robada, me habia hecho un presupuesto de 180 dolares y al final me cobraron 280 dolares, por el mismo trabajo que me habian presupuestado, aun tengo mas cosas que realizarme en los dientes pero definitivamente no volvere. No recomiendo sus servicios. La mujere dentista due la que me cobro. Por telefono el hombre me dijo que hiba see $180 dollares

I went to Dr.Zhao’ office second time.my experience from beginning to the end has been great.Dr Zhao is very patient and he took the time to help me see what was wrong by asking questions and examining me. He is very patient and kind. Of course, Dr.Zhao’s assistant, was also very friendly and helped me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr.Zhao and he is at the top of my list for future dental work!

He's the best dentist ever

Every person who works at this practice treats patients with respect and each person is warm and friendly. Also, they practice comprehensive dentistry that is difficult to find, where they consider every aspect of dental care in an integrated way and give the patient detailed information about every dental option and the long term outlook for dental health for each patient. Dr. Beguwala also spends a lot of time talking through procedures with every patient. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dr. Kawata is very kind. He has compassion for your concerns. My visit to this office was like no other I've experienced before. Robyn is a sweet lady. They are professional and sincere. I highly recommend Dr. Kawata.

The best experience ever. I have to have wisdom teeth removed and I am so confident to go here. The staff was amazing from the moment I spoke to Claudia on the phone to meeting Dr S and beyond. The care and comfortability really set my mind at ease. I left knowing exactly who, what, where, when and why without a doubt in my head. I will write a review of how the experience of the actual extraction goes as well. But I’m very happy to have found this group.

Professional, caring and great with patients. Would greatly recommend to anyone in need of an orthodontist. My sisters and I actually look forward to going to Cool Smiles. They take us in and out promptly and take great care of us.
